We didn’t get bothered by anyone
Very rough looking and not really clean in the bathroom. The room was non smoking but still smelled like smoke.
Not a single thing!
The staff lady was extremely rude and would not honor my reservation because she claimed there were no rooms available even though I had a confirmation for my reservation where I had already booked in advance!
Nothing
They called me an canceled my reservation even thought I booked a month in advance and I still have not received a refund. They canceled my reservation and then up the price of the rooms and booked for a hire rate for the Morgan Wallen concert.
The staff was friendly.
The company changed names. I booked online with one company. When I got there I found out that the company had changed ownership and operating under a different name. Therefore when I arrived my reservation was under a different system. I was told to call booking.com to get them to fix it. I spent over 30 minutes and got no where. Finally the clerk checked me in under old system after a 4 hour drive. I was exhausted and tired. I almost just wanted to stay in my car. The room smelled like smoke. It wasn't very clean. I slept in a bed and it had a refrigerator. Very frustrating.
The young guy at the front desk was the only good thing about our stay here he was as helpful as he possibly could be
The room was extremely dirty and disgusting so bad we would have relocated but my husband just had a chemo treatment and was extremely sick. I had to buy stuff to clean our room, get broom and dust pan front front desk, buy clean sheets and pillow cases because there was burn holes in the top sheet. It said they had just remodeled but not room 231 it was the worst place I ever stayed in. The microwave was missing. I had to extend stay a 3rd night because my husband was still sick throwing up and the older gentlemen at front desk started and argument with me stated I must use studio 6 online not booking com because there were two different hotels on site. The entire place smelled of marijuana.
What property. I never got in
I had no room, it was canceled
Nothing
Everything. I left and got another hotel
