Cons:

The staff always saying their fully booked and clearly not. They have a lot of half finished rooms and broken things. They don't provide shampoo or soap. It's a bad area alot of sketchy people come around.

nothing at all the front desk worker was very rude and had a baddddddddd attitude

Our toilet was broke. The floors were dirty. We found trash under our bed. Homeless people were always hanging around the front of the building.

Had a fantastic time and would stay again
Pros:

The staff was absolutely wonderful Met my every need.

Cons:

The initial check-in somewhat confusing was given a room with no sheets on the bed no air conditioner trash in the room room hadn’t been inspected by management before given to customer, but they quickly cleared it up by giving me one of the nicest rooms in the hotel
