Pros:

There was a good amount of water pressure (maybe to much considering the sink shot water out so stinger it goes EVERYWHERE) There are stress and food not far from the hotel so it's nice for necessity runs.

Cons:

Pretty much everything. Rooms is nothing like the pictures other than the size, no microwave, broken TV, very questions stains on the floor, leaking showers pipe, and random holes in the walls, lets not forget the smell of the room, a musty smell that reeks of smoke. Definitely a scam for sure. Lots of sketchy people but no one was to much of a bother other than dogs barking throughout the night the constant sirens. Oh, and also expect to get your room checked by police when the fire alarms go off randomly 😊 if it was like 20 or 30 a night I would say it was a good deal butttt even being 55 a night i have stayed at far better hotels for the same price with full kitchens in the room, the price is definitely steep for what you are getting. Two out of the three staff was pretty nice, one was more so but, the last young lady that worked there was pretty rude, didn't really care about anything and was very, "idgaf not my problem" more so directed at my boyfriend. Also definitely call in before had if you stay here bc they will book you to a room online yhen when you arrive say they have no rooms left.

Roachs in the fridge staff takes 45 mins to an hour to check you in if they feel like it

Location and the bed is real comfortable

Cons:

Had to wait 45 mins to check in. Second day I was told there were not any rooms open and there were plenty rooms open

This was like a prison cell, no TV, no refrigerator, no microwave, no shower curtain, and when I asked for a refund, they told me that they don't do refunds this is a terrible place and the staff is just as terrible

Cons:

The staff always saying their fully booked and clearly not. They have a lot of half finished rooms and broken things. They don't provide shampoo or soap. It's a bad area alot of sketchy people come around.
