Excellent.
Pros:

Walking distance from the Amtrak station. The staff were all professional and friendly. Specious room.

Cons:

I needed a smoking space in the hotel ground such as an extra space next to its parking space.

The room shower’s water pressure was not strong enough.

Vies en versleten hotel!
Pros:

Wij hadden geen ontbijt. Kamer ws op de 4e verdieping, raam keek uit op dak van 3e verdieping van het hotel. Op dit dak stonden meerdere klimaatkasten die veel en continu enorme herrie maakte!

Cons:

Locatie van de kamer, en status van de kamer. Gordijnen en vitrage waren vies en versleten. De airco unit lag op de vloer en maakte ook verschrikkelijke herrie en leek wel 30 jaar oud!

Bad experience.
Pros:

Cons:

I did not stay in the property due to flight delays and cancelations I asked for the refund but they didn't refund the money so I will not stay in this whole chain of hotel anywhere in the world.

While the room was clean and I appreciated that, the stay itself was less pleasant overall than I expected.

Cons:

The facilities weren’t as good as I would have expected for a $200/night stay — and that was the discounted rate. The valet didn’t greet us when we pulled up. He was smoking. Having said that, the valet was otherwise helpful when I got his attention and all valets were pleasant. In our room … the phone didn’t work, which made it impossible to call the front desk for support. Even though I indicated we had 4 of us in our party, we only had enough towels for 2 people. We had to leave our room to go to the front desk to request more towels because when we tried to call from my phone cell, no one answered at the front desk. The bath wash dispenser in the shower ran out on us. The towel bar fell off the wall. And the room became warm any time the air conditioner wasn’t off — the room simply didn’t hold the cool air once the system was off. Finally, the walls are paper thin, apparently, because we could hear other guests quite plainly and clearly first thing in the morning.

It Was Short, But It Was Well Worth The Stay
Pros:

Staff was friendly, helpful and wonderful. Valet did a great job. I only stayed one night so didn't get a chance to check out a lot more, but everything was great. No complaints at all.

Cons:

I don't have complaints. I wish there was more room besides the bed and the wall, but that's really nitpicking. I wish there was a snack vending machine on my floor.
