Un lugar con una vista bella.
Pros:

El lugar está cerca del centro y el hotel está casi rodeado de los cerros hermosos del Tepozteco. La vista es muy bonita!

Cons:

Sólo que tendrían una pequeña ceremonia en el área afuera donde se disfruta más la vista de los cerros y no pudimos sentarnos o estar cerca de esa área casi toda la tarde. Fue la única tarde que nosotros estuvimos en el hotel.

Estancia con temazcal
Pros:

El desayuno incluido en el precio estuvo muy rico y no había que esperar mucho tiempo a pesar de que era a la carta. El hotel tiene dentro el temzcal del cual hicimos uso con costo extra y que tambien nos pareció una experiencia agradable. Las habitaciones amplias y bastante cómodas.

Cons:

No me pareció seguro haber proporcionado el número de tarjeta al momento de llegar, crea desconfianza. Creo que las vistas y la alberca están mejores en las imagenes que en realidad. Los masajes que ofrece el hotel tienen un precio mucho mayor que los que encuentran en la avenida principal.

La vista y la tranquilidad del hotel son inmejorables

Cons:

No tuve internet en mi habitación, el agua caliente en la regadera tardo demasiado en salir y los precios de alimentos y bebidas excesivos....

Family day trip was spent amazing here, hotel was all for us, extremely quiet escape, would comeback

Not a cheap place, I get it but when paid of wine glass 20€, you get less then 100ml, there is disappointment

Absolutely Beautiful Place
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The property and gardens are meticulously maintained and absolutely beautiful. We loved the outdoor space and really enjoyed the pools and the restaurant where the servers were so friendly and the food and drink exceeded our expectations.
