Pros:

This place is wonderful! The daily breakfast over looking the town and the mountains is unbelievable. Alicia the server was amazing and made our mornings even better and brighter. We will be back.

Es super relajado, las habitaciones están muy cómodas

Cons:

No me gustó que al hacer el check in prácticamente te obligan a dejar un depósito de $2,000.00 cuando al hacer la reserva por booking por ningún lado decía ese detalle

Fin de Semana increíble
Pros:

La Ubicación es muy buena, puedes llegar caminando a la zona Arqueólogica del Tepozteco, pero sobre todo las instalaciones son increíbles, un ambiente relajado, la comida del restaurante de calidad, el personal muy amable.

Sehr schöner Garten mit einem wunderbaren Blick ins Tal.

Cons:

Vielleicht die Heiß-Kalt-Regulierung und dass am Sonntag quasi alle Tische zum Frühstück zum Reservieren gab, da es auch Gäste von außerhalb gab. Der Rest war wunderbar.

El hotel es muy bonito y el desayuno muy bueno, está muy bien ubicado.

Cons:

El cuarto de arriba tenía una tina de hidromasaje y era muy ruidosa, nos tuvieron que cambiar de cuarto.

Pros:

Great breakfast (it was included in our booking). The hotel itself was pretty lowkey. You can hear street noise and neighboring dogs/roosters but we didn't mind it at all. Everything was that we wanted to go to was walking distance from the hotel. If you have mobility issues the streets will be difficult for you. Extremely hilly and cobblestones. Hotel staff allowed us to speak to them in our broken Spanish but easily switched to English if we were having a really hard time. We appreciated it but was not expecting it. No A/C but the room came with a fan. That with the open balcony doors provided comfortable nights. We really enjoyed our stay.
