En recepción la atención fue buena. Pero falta más atención; en estos hoteles se espera excelencia. Mientras salía hoy, no me recibían la llave que debía entregar.., me hicieron esperar; tuve que dejarla ahí para irme al estacionamiento porque debía salir... Pequeños detalles marcan la diferencia. En general todo excelente pero por este detalle falta " la cereza en el pastel" . Valoré positivsmente todo. Agradecido.

Possibly the best hotel we've ever stayed in
Pros:

Quite possibly the best hotel we've ever stayed in. The staff, surroundings and general vibe of the hotel were second to none. The hotel is beautiful and every corner you turn you can't help but take a photograph. One our next trip to Mexico, we'll be coming back to Tepoztlan just for this hotel!

Cons:

Some features of the room are a little dated, but even then, they still suit the decor and vibe of the room.

Impeccable staff, elegant ambience, a perfect experience
Pros:

The staff are impeccable. Meals delectably elegant. Views are stunning. They offer ample towels. Water pressure is perfect and hot water abundant. But the staff is why this place is so wonderful - without their diligence and passion for their customer service, no business can succeed and these owners are so fortunate to have exceptional people working for them (I hope that translates to good careers with benefits and room for advancement, because they deserve to be treated and compensated generously)

Pros:

La Posada cuenta con un maravilloso complejo hotelero con abundante vegetación y habitaciones sumamente espectaculares. La ubicación es sensacional. El personal es extremadamente amable y servicial.

Cons:

La comida del restaurante simplemente no puede competir con el resto del estándar del hotel.

Such a gorgeous, relaxing, atmospheric property in a lovely town.
Pros:

Great location overlooking the town but only a 10 minute walk into the centre. The accommodation and grounds are gorgeous and the staff very helpful.

Heerlijke relax omgeving om bij te komen van Mexico stad.
Pros:

Het hotel ligt werkelijk prachtig met schitterend uitzicht en een geweldige tuin met zwembad. Het is een luxueuze plek om te verblijven. Heel erg mooi.
