VERY. BAD EXPERIENCE
Pros:

Security didnt facilitate the incident happened to our stay.

The staff were friendly n helpful that's the good part

Cons:

The room said it came with a view but the view was just a wall
Bathroom has a strong stench when i entered like someone had used it before i arrived.Hot water switch kept going off every time i left the room.
Horrible horrible breakfast. Display of buffet at breakfast but they were all empty. You had to order from 3 choices.

I would not recommend. The stay was awful.

The location was great

Cons:

The breakfast could have been better. When I went to my room , the floors were damaged, bathroom wasn't fully stocked. I wish that they offered bottled water but did not. The elevators always had an issue. The wifi was terrible. The a/c unit was very old and there was very little tv channel options. My room had a view of a wall. The bidet always leaked onto the floor and I had to have the staff adjust the temperature of the water to be hotter. I wish the room had an iron/ironing board or even a microwave.I also wish that they had lunch and dinner service

Great value hotel
Pros:

Good value, excellent location, comfortable room

Cons:

Air-conditioning not working properly in the main lobby. Quite warm. Dark lobby and its hallway. Not enough space to walk from the road driveway to the main entrance door as it's blocked by parked cars. Hotel should leave 1 parking space empty at the main entrance so it's easier for hotel guests to enter and exit the hotel. Bed is quite firm and uncomfortable but all bed linens and pillows are comfy
