Important information:

Airport shuttle to the airports of Rome Fiumicino and Ciampino, Florence Peretola and Pisa Galileo Galilei is available upon request and at an extra cost.

The entrance to the wellness center has to be booked in advance and it includes free access to unheated outdoor and indoor pools, fitness center, tennis, padel and soccer courts.

Upon check-in, guests are required to show an identification document with a photo, and a credit card.

Special Requests are subject to availability, and may incur a surcharge.

Payments cannot be made by a bank transfer, check and travel check. Cash payments are accepted up to a limit of EUR 999.

Please note that the “half-board” rate includes dinners only for adults. The cost of dinner for each child is of EUR 30 in low season and EUR 40 in high season.

The garage costs EUR 25 per day for the first 5 days of stay, and EUR 20 per day starting from the sixth; you can book it both before your stay or upon arrival. Outdoor parking is always free of charge.

Pros:

Dimensione della camera, posizione dell'albergo cordialità del personale

Cons:

Struttura vecchia che necessita di ristrutturazione, soprattutto la spa e piscina coperta (troppo fredda). Stanza un po' buia. Prezzi ristorante troppo alti.

Cons:

SPA non di livello, modesta. Ambiente della piscina freddo e poco accogliente, ci siamo lamentati tutti. Temperatura acqua piscina fredda non rende piacevole la permanenza. In generale poi, avrebbe decisamente bisogno di una ristrutturazione, sembra desueta e ci sono molti interventi manutentivi da fare. Una piscina sempre chiusa per lavori.
Le camere modeste in considerazione al presso, CLubhouse molto cara in relazione al menù (un pò povero per la verità), prezzo del room service esorbitante rispetto al menù

Room was lovely,staff very professional and charming everywhere. We met a cat living in the structure,so friendly! :) Beds very confortable

Struttura bellissima, gli spazi sono curati ma non rispecchiano un Resort 5 Stelle.

Camera molto curata nei dettagli e pulita.

Cons:

- Personale Reception: poco curato, non del tutto esaustivo nelle risposte alle richieste effettuate (es. informazioni completamente sbagliate sull’orario della colazione) e non sempre presente in Reception.

- Ristorante “Dama Dama”: il personale in Reception al momento del check-in, a domanda specifica sul riservare un tavolo per la cena, affermava di non avere disponibilità poiché il ristorante era impegnato con un evento privato. Evento privato di cui non si riusciva a capire la reale esistenza. Impossibile per un Resort 5 Stelle non riuscire a ritagliare un’area all’interno del ristorante principale per gli ospiti della struttura.

- Club House: a causa dell’impossibilità di cenare presso il “Dama Dama”, il personale della Reception affermava di avere disponibilità solo presso la Club House. Qualità assolutamente pessima, un piatto ordinato e presente all’interno del menù é risultato non essere disponibile solo in un secondo momento senza saper il reale motivo, anche perché in fase di ordine il personale non faceva presente la mancanza di determinate pietanze. Infine, si riscontrava la presenza all’interno della Club House, di un tavolo di persone che non prendevano parte alla cena, tuttavia risultavano essere solamente impegnate in una partita di burraco tra amici disturbando la cena dei commensali presenti all’interno della struttura.

- Parcheggio Coperto: il costo é di €25,00/notte per auto.

- SPA: Bagno turco separato tra Uomini e Donne, piscina interna non completamente calda.

Poor service i can not believe this people my wife was stuck in the bathroom for more the 2 hours finally they broke the door and after that surprise us with 1000 Euros for damages????
And I couldn’t believe have such human can do that ???? Also they know we are celebrating our first honeymoon they really terrible service and management

Memorable Stay at Argentario Golf & Wellness
Pros:

My partner and I stayed at Argentario for a couple of days and had a really enjoyable experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel itself has a beautiful and distinctive design that made the stay feel special.

The pool area was large and comfortable, and we liked that it never felt crowded, there was always plenty of space to relax. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety and great quality. We also ate at the Golf Club restaurant and enjoyed the meal.

We played a round of golf during our stay, and the course was another highlight. It has a great layout with stunning views, which made the experience even more memorable.

Overall, our stay exceeded expectations, and we would definitely be happy to return.
