Airport shuttle to the airports of Rome Fiumicino and Ciampino, Florence Peretola and Pisa Galileo Galilei is available upon request and at an extra cost.

The entrance to the wellness centre has to be booked in advance and it includes free access to unheated outdoor and indoor pools, fitness centre, tennis, padel and soccer courts.

Upon check-in, guests are required to show an identification document with a photo, and a credit card.

Special Requests are subject to availability, and may incur a surcharge.

Payments cannot be made by a bank transfer, check and travel check. Cash payments are accepted up to a limit of EUR 999.

Please note that the “half-board” rate includes dinners only for adults. The cost of dinner for each child is of EUR 30 in low season and EUR 40 in high season.

The garage costs EUR 35 per day. Outdoor parking is always free of charge.

The Resort is conveniently accessed via the Aurelia (SS1) road and is situated in the unspoilt Maremma region, between the coast and the countryside. Very disappointing experience for a hotel of this category.

The swimming pool had visible mold around the edges, and we found cat feces in the children’s sandbox two days in a row, which is unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns.

The golf course was also in very poor condition. Apart from the tee boxes and greens, most of the course was completely dry and looked more like straw than grass, making it very difficult to enjoy a proper round of golf.

Finally, after checking out, I realized I had left a pair of shoes in the closet in our room. I contacted the hotel, but they told me the shoes were nowhere to be found. I am certain they were left there, so their disappearance is extremely disappointing and concerning.

Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance and service were far below what we expected from a hotel of this level.

Una piacevole esperienza se pur con qualche difficoltà.

Il posto é meraviglioso accogliente, sofisticato, pulito, i ristoranti ottimi davvero, la colazione eccezionale.

Cons:

Purtroppo la posizione é davvero difficile se non si è dotati di auto, il personale é cordiale e risolve i problemi, ma ho dovuto combattere per ottenere un transfert visto che quelli della struttura erano occupati per un matrimonio. Un plauso alle ragazze della reception che difronte alla nostra difficoltà si sono prodigate,ma considerando i prezzi di ogni servizio mi sarei aspettata una politica di accoglienza e vicinanza alla clientela differente. Comunque ripeto una bella esperienza, se pur con qualche difficoltà.
