Avoid this hotel if you can. The hotel is tired and in need of renovation.
Pros:

The location is good, with an easy walk to the main strip. Breakfast was acceptable with a selection of pastries and fruit. The exterior of the hotel is nice and close to the beach.

Cons:

The interior doesn't match the exterior at all. Inside, the hotel is old and tired throughout. Our room on level two at the rear of the building had a persistent mouldy smell that lasted the duration of our stay. In the photos the room looks quite light and fresh but our room was dark and tired. The air conditioner was loud and very old and tired. The room and hotel smells of cigarette smoke which wasn't pleasant. The bathroom was clean but in need of renovation, the room decor was dated, and soundproofing between rooms was poor and we could hear people coming and going from the hotel throughout the night. The bed wasn't comfortable and you only get a thin sheet and two pillows.

We did try to change rooms at the hotel but was told this was only possible during the day as they wanted to book our room to another guest. However, we were not able to do this as we had day trips planned from the hotel so we can't comment on the other room.

The hotel advertises free parking but in practice has only three spots out front, which are almost always taken. Expect to pay for public parking or pay 10 euros per day with the hotel.

Check-in staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. The younger staff member we dealt with at checkout was noticeably better.

A good choice in Castellammare
Pros:

Nice staff, good location, clean and Wi-Fi is reliable.

Cons:

This was my fourth visit, I booked last minute so I had the last room available, as such it was rather dark, with limited natural light.

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per il nostro viaggio di nozze e, proprio per questo, la delusione è stata ancora più grande.
All’arrivo ci è stata assegnata una camera con una vista davvero pessima, praticamente su una parete. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiarla e la richiesta è stata accolta, ma la seconda stanza presentava un problema ancora più grave: era invasa dalle formiche. Siamo quindi stati costretti a chiedere di tornare nella camera precedente. Una volta rientrati, oltre ad aver trovato persino un grosso lombrico in stanza, ci siamo accorti che dal condizionatore perdeva acqua all’interno della camera. Come se non bastasse, dietro la porta del bagno abbiamo trovato anche un asciugamano doccia chiaramente usato, dettaglio che ci ha lasciati davvero senza parole e che fa sorgere seri dubbi sulla cura e sulla pulizia delle stanze.
Ringraziamo comunque l’hotel per il cestino di frutta e la bottiglietta di prosecco lasciati come omaggio per il nostro viaggio di nozze, gesto sicuramente gradito. Tuttavia, questo non basta a compensare un soggiorno segnato da troppi disagi e da una gestione delle camere che, sinceramente, non ci saremmo mai aspettati.

L’emplacement et le cadre est de toute beauté
Pros:

Le personnel est très sympathique. J’ai beaucoup aimé le déjeuner en lien avec la quantité mis à disposition. Il y avait ni trop peu ni trop afin de limiter le gaspillage alimentaire et c’était bon. Le spa est top et bien aménagé.

Cons:

Le seul bémol est la discrétion entre les chambres. C’est mal insonorisé.

The hotel’s location and facilities were excellent. The staff were especially helpful and friendly. Due to personal reasons, I had to shorten my stay by one day. Even though I requested the cancellation of my last night’s stay only four hours before check-out, they canceled it free of charge and provided a full refund. Although the amount was not very large, their approach was incredibly considerate and humane. Thank you very much for your kindness and understanding.
