Clean comfortable room. Great location. The breakfast was great too. Recommend staying here to anyone traveling through Tennessee.
There was an indoor pool which was great as we were in town to visit 2 grandsons who love to swim. The breakfast was delicous and the woman who was in charge of it was so personable and efficient.
We loved everything. The Front Desk personnel were helpful and very pleasant... all of them.
This property seemed to be in a safe part of town. It was clean and the breakfast was wonderful. The staff for the most part were friendly and smiled. We would recommend this property to other travelers.

I liked the comfort it afforded for the price. The bed was comfortable but TV was small for the room size and distance from bed. The shower was nice, but the water needed softeners.
The carpet in the room was very sticky and the pillows weren't exactly the best. The latch lock was in need of replacing and the pool being enclosed seemed a bit like a bad idea. I was told id need to make a security deposit of 20 dollars. Upon arrival I had to pay that being told 20 but that transaction only debited 1 dollar. Then around 3:23 am there was multiple attempts for a 150 dollar charge (4xs,) and a 20 dollar debit did come out of my account. Which led to a 21 dollar in total debit and im expecting that to return to my account today. I thought it was to be returned upon check out. A man tried 4 times within 3 hours to enter my room before 11am. Im not sure why or even who he was. That created concern and for that I believe location is poor. . Too many rift raft types
I left a jacket there and realized that at the airport. I called this hotel and an extraordinarily knowledgeable and helpful young lady was able to coordinate me having my jacket sent back to me!
I have been trying weeks to get a refund due to the location charging me 2 Days later on a room I got prepaid before I showed. The hotel was not cooperative on their mistake. I should never have been charged for the room when my reservations clearly stated it was prepaid. I should not have gone through everything I have to get a refund. Makes me question my experience.

Breakfast was excellent with varied of eggs, fruit. Meats, juices, cereals. It was awesome breakfast

No staff at front desk. Waited almost 15 minutes to show up.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was decent. Bathtub grout looked gross but otherwise clean. Good breakfast with several options.
Grout along top of bathtub needs to be better cleaned or redone.
