The hospitality from this hotel never disappoint. The staff were very helpful, the makan kitchen was good
There are few broken/dysfunction item over the splash pool. The floor a bit slippery
Location for the event that i entered
A bit hot. Air conditioner a bit warmer
1) Close to where I needed to be for work.
2) Breakfast has good spread of food.
3) The gym equipment is excellent
4) The staff are very accommodative and attentive
1) Housekeeping needing prompt twice, the amenities weren't checked properly.
2) Towel quality definitely need improvement. Some have frayed around the edges yet allowed in the circulation.
3) The lift floors weren't cleaned daily and the lift carpets have seen better days.
Service and breakfast spread was good
Nothing
The friendly welcome, easy check in, with welcome drink and cookie, all staff able to assist with requests, being close to the lake and able to enjoy the pool area. The special details of the welcome message and decor, in our room for my daughter's graduation as her holiday treat.
Looking a little run down and in need of maintenance but maybe this was being done behind the scenes.

Breakfast is really superb, the location is good for going to the airport while avoiding all the heavy KL traffic. Underground parking.
The property is quite large and there is a long way from reception to the room. Also, the hotel could do with some renovation, it looks a bit old.
