No one to assist on the pool tower. I did ask a staff, the staff said she will ask someone to bring the towel to me, but that someone never showed up

Pros:

A big and fantastic hotel, and the location is near the airport, breakfast was good and lots of variety, spacious room, bathroom is a bit small but the shower area is very spacious and the overhead shower was great, comfortable big double bed. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

The furniture and interior is a bit outdated and needs a renovation. Airconditioning does not turn off by reaching the set temperature and keeps on cooling and blows right on your head as it's just above the bed. I tried the automatic and the fan settings but it doesn't turn off even if you set it to 25°C and kept going as low as 18°C. If you turn it off it then it gets very hot and you can't sleep.
Balcony door lock was either broken or locked in a way that you can't open to sit in the balcony.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, the staff were professional and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and all facilities worked as expected. We did not encounter any issues during our stay, and the overall experience was hassle-free.

The only downside was the location. While the hotel itself was excellent, it is not as conveniently located for sightseeing and getting around compared to some other areas of Kuala Lumpur. Guests who plan to frequently visit KLCC, Bukit Bintang, or other major attractions may find themselves relying on transportation more often.

Other than the location, everything was great, and we would happily stay here again.
