Served its purpose but will probably try a different extended stay hotel the next visit to Reno.
Pros:

We brought our on food to cook. The kitchen was as described, however there were missing amenities and items that did not work properly that were to be provided. It would be beneficial to customers if the staff would check the kitchen area to make sure everything is there that is stated and that everything works properly. Also, in the description, the type of coffee maker should be made known.

Cons:

We had no hot water - it was luke warm. We were in the last room so the hot water never fully reached us. The maintenance staff did turn up the temperature of the boiler but water still did not get as hot as it should have. We also had to run the water for at least ten minutes to get the water hot enough to shower/bathe.

Had a great time one-nighting on our way to Tahoe.
Pros:

Great place to stay, huge rooms, exceptionally clean suite that had everything we needed; full size refrigerator, decently optioned kitchenette, great beds, and overall layout of the suite.

Overhaul would stay again.
Pros:

Location was great for doctor appointment. Staff were polite. Easy access off the main street.

Cons:

Shower shampoo shelve is in the wrong location. Hit you elbows on it. Windows are noisy, plane, wind, cars. Not sure why, since it is newly remodeled. Price should be under $150.00.

Overall a great experience
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing , even with the place being under construction it was still a wonderful stay. Will book again.

Cons:

The site offered roll in beds but when we arrived , we were told they dont offer any roll in beds only have cribs. That was the only cons since we have a big family i was counting on the extra bed.

Lack of disclosure pertaining to renovation and tv operation made our stay the last for Hilton.
Cons:

Hotel under renovation. Room had strong odor of carpet glue and televisions did not work.

Pros:

The renovations of rooms and the kitchen areas in the room. The breakfast was really good as well. Staff was very friendly

All 3 Rooms were not together as requested. 2 rooms didnt have enough pillows and pot or pans or silverware. More trash space

Fine for one night - wouldn't want to stay for longer.
Pros:

The staff was very nice. The location was good for our needs.

Cons:

Breakfast was a huge dissapointment. Sad bagels yogurt and dry cereal. They are undergoing renovations so I give some grace but even so it was still pretty bad. Cobwebs on the light fixtures, smears on mirror, just generally lackluster cleaning standards. The place is under construction so no pool and a decent amount of pounding from the construction. I would stay away for at least 6 months hopefully that will be done and things will get better. It's not a good value right now.

It’s under going renovation and booking.com didnt inform us that the kitchen, pool, hot tub all are closed. Obviously there is construction work so it’s not tidy / clean & breakfast is limited to cold items only with no place to sit while you eat.
