Mercure Aix-en-Provence La Duranne Gare TGV

Arriving late after a cancelled flight the concierage was incredabily helpful, and his humour helped with what had been a long day. He also advised on connection options and arranged a taxi for us.
The suite was comfy, clean and well laid out. There was space for all 4 of us with the two children sharing the sofa bed.

Calm. Small swimming pool but nice. Parking rapidly full. Close to downtown aix 15´ and 7’ from railway station

Rigtig fint hotel. Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme. Vær opmærksom på, at frokost kun er muligt i restauranten på bestemte dage og slutter tidligt. Al maden – morgenmad, frokost og aftensmad – var rigtig lækker. + Lækker, men lidt kold pool.

Schönes Hotel. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Keine Gläser auf dem Zimmer. Keine Toilettenpapierhalter.

Um hotel com muito conforto e funcionarias muito simpaticastambem.
Ele fica longe do centro mas, nao e um problema porque voce estara de carro. Se nao estiver, estara fazendo o passeio errado. O carro 'e fundamental para conhecer a Provence.
Cafe da manha com grande selecao de paes e queijos, ovos iogurtes, e um espremedor de laranjas pra fazer um suco fresco nahora.
Cama e travesseiros muito confortaveis.
Eu ficaria hospedado aqui novamente, com certeza.

Hôtel pris pour séjour professionnel mais avec des infrastructures agréables terrasse pour l apéritif piscine…
Le personnel est agréable également et le petit dej est complet

Desk receptionist absolutely first class. Very helpful. All the team very friendly, helpful and efficient. Restaurant (August menu) and Pool good. Suite very comfortable and air conditioned (essential). Well placed to get to/from Aix TVG and Aix (with car). TGV good to get quickly into Marseille. We had a comfortable stay. Parking and overflow at Hotel is gated (at night). Good access to main roads. Few restaurants nearby; others a short drive.

This is more business hotel as it is in more industrial area, great facility, good food just limited area

To be fair, they are undergoing renovations and there was lotsa construction. Taking that into account, was nice but location is not very convenient and you’ll need a car. Good restaurant :)

Je ne sais pas a qui revient la responsabilité, mais quand je paye plus de 300€ la chambre sur l'application avec unprix affiché a l'entrée qui oscille entre 179 le 2 juin et 199 la veille, je me sens totalement floué, par l'hôtel et par l'application.

OUT OF TOWN BUT VERY VERY FRIENDLY STAFF AND VERY NICE MODERN VERY CLEAN HOTEL.
IT IS BEST TO GET A TAXI IN TO THE CENTRE OF AIX WHICH COSTS ABOUT 30/40 EUROS BUT WELL WORTH THE EFFORT

Convenable sans plus… Mais a la défaveur de l’endroit, des travaux importants pas mentionnés au moment de réserver … un hôtel / RESTAURANT fermé le vendredi soir (après 800kms de voiture ça calme) et personne pour vous conseiller une table sympa dans le coin. On se faisait une joie pourtant de découvrir l’endroit. Bien pour des Pro de passage, pas pour de la villégiature.
