L’accueil super sympa !
Le canapé lit était très inconfortable, on sentait les ressorts, d’ailleurs on a retrouvé un ressort par terre ainsi qu’une vis .. il mériterait vraiment d’être changé.
Il a fallu demander un autre set de serviette car il en manquait un (idem, manquait une couverture pour le canapé lit).
Manger le petit déjeuner dans des assiettes et couverts en carton alors qu’on est dans un hôtel.

The expense of the parking and that it couldn’t be guaranteed to be available; sometimes some of the breakfast items ran out before breakfast was over; the fact that there was very few items in the kitchenette of the hotel room, even though it looks like the amenities were there for example, no toaster or kettle or pan.

Room was perfect…breakfast..although there were two bus loads of children the servers kept the breakfast items fully stocked..location was just a walk away from the train stn..perfect for walking with suitcase…the reception people were wonderful

Shower was broken and sofa bed mattress was quite beat up.
Nice and friendly staff, proximity to china town and old montreal.
Noisy aircons, room card malfunctions, room and hallway carpets need general cleaning, constructions around hotel, messy surroundings.

The breakfast was very good.
The facilities need some renovations. It took a while to learn how to stand in the tub for a shower since it was slanted down slightly towards the center.
