La télé qui a peu de programmes français et le bruit en fin de semaine
Beds and pillows comfy, configuration and space comfortable, breakfast and service very on point, cleansing products of good quality.
Minor details in the bigger scheme of things: toilet flush slow and no face cloths.

La ubicación tiene buena conectividad y cercanía con los lugares turísticos.
El personal se caracteriza por su amabilidad y disposición.
La habitación donde nos hospedamos, fue muy cómoda y espaciosa.
En cuanto al desayuno no tengo referencia, debido que despertamos muy tarde.
En general, recomiendo el hotel
Solo puedo decir, que, en nuestro caso, que alojamos 3 personas, el agua caliente de la ducha , alcanzó para dos personas. En consecuencia, el último, terminó de ducharse con agua fría.

Pas d ustensiles de cuisine ni assiettes ou verres
Le déjeuner était très bon le tapis dans la chambre aurait vraiment besoin d’être nettoyé ou changé il était vraiment pas propre et la stationnement Norte camion rentrait pas nous avons donc perdu beaucoup de temps à trouver un stationnement extérieur même le personnel de hôtel pouvait pas nous dire où se stationner donc nous avons dû se promener pour en trouver un et Wood a trouvé nous avons dû payer 45$ pour être stationné là pour la nuit

This hotel is great. The location was very close to the Palais des Congrès. I liked the complimentary breakfast, which was of good quality, and the gym had everything I needed for my stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean and large. The king room was huge!
Nothing, it had everything. I think the rooms could use an update, but everything worked well.

Le lit canapé qui n’est pas de bonne qualité et qui fait mal au dos - Nous n’avions pas de couette dans ce lit et les nuits étaient fraîches : nous en avons demandé une et il nous a été donné une couverture qui ne tient pas chaud - pas de couverts ni de vaisselle dans l’appartement et pas de quoi cuisiner
L’emplacement est super! Presque tout est accessible à pied.
L’hôtel aurait besoin d’une cure de rajeunissement.
Had a wonderful experience from start to finish! The staff were welcoming and kind from when I first stepped into the lobby. They were able to answer any questions I had, and made sure I felt welcomed. The room was much bigger than I expected. Clean and cozy, had everything I could need and more. The location was great in relation to public transportation, but walkability to different areas of downtown & old Montreal. Check out was super easy, and accommodating with parking available for a few extra hours. Overall, will be returning for future trips to Montreal!
The bedroom was really cozy, but a little dark. I didn't personally mind this, but feel like it may not be for everyone!
