Staybridge Suites Allentown West by IHG

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The property itself is modern, clean, and very well maintained.

Our suite was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I especially appreciated the variety of pillows, clearly labeled as soft or firm—such a nice touch!

Breakfast was plentiful and very good, with a nice variety of options to start the day.

The location is also a big plus—conveniently accessible from the highway while still being quiet and peaceful. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Very easy to get to from highway with plenty of restaurant options within 2 minutes of hotel. Entrance to hotel, from both outside and in the lobby was warm and inviting. Check-in was easy with pleasant desk clerk. We had a 1 King bed suite on 3rd floor facing back of hotel. We couldn't hear any highway noise, which was a surprise. Suite was well-equipped and clean. We used both pool and weight room; both were kept up nicely and very clean. Breakfast was great! Each morning they have a different "special". The morning we were there, they had cheese omelets, bacon, and sweet potato tots along with the usual waffles, breads/bagels, oatmeal, cereals, and fruits. Everything about this hotel was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and would stay again. I stayed with my 15 year old daughter and her best friend and we never felt less than safe.

The room and the inside of the building were okay — pretty much what I expected based on the price. However, the exterior of the building was not cared for at all, which was disappointing compared to how it looked in the pictures online. On top of that, people were blasting music in the back parking lot past midnight, making it hard to sleep. Overall, it was just an average stay and could’ve been much better with better upkeep and noise control

Best breakfast at a hotel ever!

The facility is quiet and appear. Safe parking lot. Feel safe. The room is not as clean as I would like. There’s dust and debris on the floor under furniture.

We had an overnight stay. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast had options we liked.

Placed us in a dog friendly spot right by an exit so it worked out perfectly for potty times, it was convenient.

My room was nice, property is nice, i could hear the occupants in the room next door, and upstairs. Sounded like cattle running around the room...my bed was so soft that i kept rolling to the center, for gosh sakes, replace the mattress. I got 2 hours sleep with the noise and the terrible bed

We stayed here to visit our son and I would most definitely stay here again. The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice and accommodating for whatever your needs are. The complementary breakfast was nice and clean and had plenty of options to choose from. The staff was very helpful and nice.

The property is beautiful, our room was big and nice, and the staff was helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed with our family of 3 plus Labrador. Pet fee was charged upon arrival and not part of the cost. It was worth the cost. Bed was comfortable. Daughter enjoyed using the indoor pool. We would stay there again.

Room is very outdated and dirty. The 6 person suite have 2 double bed and a single sofa bed. It can barely fit 5 people.
