Pros:

The location is very good and central. It has good security. The staff are so welcoming. The concierge and bell boys are super helpful.
The Deluxe room is very spacious.
The breakfast has a lot of options - fruits, main courses, pastry and continental breakfast.
The Rwandan Mountain tea is amazing.
When asked for mosquito net around the bed, the staff were very super efficient to install it.

Cons:

The room closet is very dark and not lighted. The electric sockets could need repair. The pool side room is quite noisy, though beautiful view, is next to a waterfall installation which pours into the pool and there is music till quite late.

Beau cadre emplacement idéal pour visiter, avec une vue superbe et beaucoup de calme. La décoration intérieure est également très réussie et apporte énormément de charme au lieu.

Le personnel est très accueillant, disponible et aux petits soins.
Petit déjeuner et dîner délicieux et non rapport qualité prix.

Pros:

J'ai beaucoup aimé cet hôtel, les chambres sont spacieuse, confortables et propres. La piscine est très agréable et le petit déjeuner incroyable.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas apprécié l'accueil à la réception et le fait qu'on me dise que je peux quitter ma chambre à 15h sans supplément mais que le jour J on me demande de partir pour 13h maximum. Le service à la piscine n'est pas à la hauteur de l'hôtel et le prix du vin au verre est excessif.
