What a lovely stay - great location, immaculate and comfortable room, charming staff.
Pros:

The hotel is immaculate, breakfast was great and very reasonable, and fresh filtered water is available from a water station on each floor.

Cons:

I don't think there was anything that could be improved.

Overall, a great stay and this will always be my preferred hotel whenever I’m in KL. 👍
Pros:

I recently had my third stay at St. Giles, and once again it was a very pleasant experience. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I requested an early check-in when I arrived.

The duty manager on 4 March at around 11:45 AM (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) was extremely professional and accommodating. He not only managed to fulfill my early check-in request but also upgraded my room package, which was a very thoughtful gesture.

He also kindly advised me to book directly with the hotel in the future to enjoy better savings, which I really appreciated.

Overall, it was another excellent stay, and St. Giles will definitely remain my preferred place to stay whenever I’m in Kuala Lumpur
