had a great time meeting up with family in KL and celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary
Pros:

Room: The large room we got and the view we had from our window.
Breakfast was mostly Asian except for Egg station at the back, Could do with more Western dishes.
Location: excellent next to shopping centre and easy to get to with my mobility scooter
Staff: Very helpful and kind and friendly. Will return again probably next year 2027

Cons:

Nothing in the hotel
just a Vietnamese restaurant in the shopping centre that gave us food poisoning, and we had to get medication from the Pharmacy and he was very helpful.

The room exceeded our expectations! We originally booked a normal suite, but were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to the largest suite, complete with a kitchen. We were truly touched by the warm hospitality and generous service. Highly recommended!

Houskeeping overlooked to clean our room on our 1st night. But no worries, when we inform them, it was done immediately, Small issue.

Convent to mall hotel in KL
Pros:

Stay #3, lovely room, nice pool enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

Location is great.

Cons:

Parking is competitive as it’s shared with the mall. The day staff members weren’t nice, and they took forever to send the bags up (we had to go down to get the bags ourselves).

Pros:

Location are superb and the room are so comfortable. Most of the time we feel lazy to go out 😜

Cons:

For me the pillows is the only thing that makes me feel a bit upset 🙂

Very comfy place will definitely come back.

Convenient and just adjacent to the shopping mall.
Good breakfast with variety of selections.
Have not had a chance to use other facilities so no comment on that.

Cons:

Parking is not free. RM5 per entry and for 24hrs.
