The property was very close to a shopping mall where we were able to do currency exchanges and purchases. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. The food was good and the service made the stay very comfortable.

The hotel staff was both friendly and accommodating.

The AC in rooms still with same issues since last year. There are times during the day or night that it’s just hot no minimum fresh air. I informed front desk several occasions
The internet doesn’t work well all the time

Had a 4 day business trip. Nice Hotel. Very clean and pleasant. However the staff are impersonal. Carried luggage on stairs to 2nd floor. Lift hidden by a wooden door. Conference room was unavailable despite booking it a day earlier. No one could tell it had been booked and confirmed.

Other than that was a lovely stay. The food is exquisite and well priced.
Will be back!

Listen, this is a 2.5 star hotel, but the location is excellent. It is a short 5-10 minute walk into the downtown area and since it is not downtown, easily accessible. The buffet breakfast is good - don't forget the free cappuccino I have stayed here 4-5 times now. Be sure to request 3rd floor, where most rooms have been updated. It is Marriott property committed to excellence..

My key card wouldn't work, so they put me in a cheaper room. The second day the ac would work in the room they put me in, so they put me in another room. The beds looked and felt like they have been their since they built the hotel. Wifi was out as well. Will not stay there ever again!

I stayed one night on my way through Windhoek, and on my way back through a few days later happily returned for another night. The rooms were clean and modern. Internet was fast and pretty solid. Breakfast was good. Location was convenient to the mall and Independence Street. Plenty of parking - really, nothing to complain about. Would definitely recommend.

I was initially put on the third floor, which was noisy because of the noise from the street. We looked a some rooms until the housekeeping lady recommended the first floor as the quietest. During the night there was a connecting door into the next room. The guy in there had his TV on loud until late when he finally slept he snored so loud I kept waking up from the noise both nights!

Very good. Conference stay. Staff accommodating, facilities perfect for group our size. Plenty opportunities to mingle and gather and sup together. Do wish it had a fitness room and pool was functional. Otherwise, all amenities were quite good.

Hotel is looking a little run down but was OK for a night. Staff were obliging and breakfast and dinner were fine.
