La excelente ubicación no es necesario rentar auto porque los autobuses te llevan old Town transportation

Pros:

The shower was very nice and had good pressure. The area inside was also quite spacious with a larger than normal mini fridge.

Cons:

The dresser was older than expected and the ironing board was stained with something so I did not feel comfortable using it.

The vStaff is rude and not honest. when I BOOK THIS HOTEL. iT WAS DECIDED i PAY AT THE HOTEL Reception. They take payment and didn't informed me or I WOULD HAVE CANCELLED. The White guy Staff try to accuse me and have an argument with me. He talk about Attitude like this is a Alleyway I DON'T WANT TO MET HIM. tHIS IS BUSINESS And Y=you give me the customer what I WANT OR i get it somewhere else. I did get it at a better hotel. I will let Visa Card Dispute handle the recovery of my money.. tHE wHITE gUY DIDN'T WANT TO USE MY cONFIRMATION nUMBER. illiterate Guy.

Good stay but last stay
Pros:

Good location and clean room.

Cons:

They canceled one of my rooms. Though they tried to accommodate they didnt honor the booking price. Charged double for the night. Good place but never booking there again.

La limpieza de la habitaciones pésima, reserve 3 habitaciones por 2 noche y solo nos nos quedamos 1, había plaga de cucarachas en las habitaciones, nos dimos cuenta en la madrugada, caminaban por todos los muebles incluso por los colchones, a mi niña le caminaba una por el cabello, nos pusimos a matarlas porque no había mas habitaciones para cambiarnos, debajo de un colchón una botella de vidrio de vodka, debajo de otro colchón una caja de condones la alfombra excesivamente sucia, el personal muy amable si nos reembolsaron la noche que no se uso, le envié correo al manager con fotografías y no me contesto, la verdad este hotel esta muy bien ubicado deberían de poner mas atención en la limpieza, por el precio es lógico que no buscamos lujo, pero si un lugar aunque sea limpio para descansar.

Pros:

We are pleased that we were at downstairs with kids. Please keep putting us downstairs that will help put a lot.

Cons:

We found a roach in the bathroom when we came in to the room. Someone banged on the wall really that scared me. It happened late night like around 2 am.
