Pros:

Чудовий сніданок і ввічливий персонал

Cons:

Охоронець не дозволив поставити авто на стоянці готелю, хоч місце було вільне, прийшлось паркуватись трохи далі за 100 грн/ніч, а зранку новий охоронець цієї парковки знов вимагав гроші

Кому треба тиша, то супер, хоча центр міста поруч.
Дуже привітний персонал, всі питання одразу вирішували.
Шикарний ресторан Roof на даху готелю, ціни кусаються, але вид на місто, супер красиво😊

Місце розташування гарне, приміщення готелю теж гарне

Cons:

Якісь невідомі плями на килимі, при тому що ми були значно пізніше аніж час початку заселення, могли б і прибрати

Задовільно, як для 4 зірок.
Pros:

Чистота в номері та сам готель.

Cons:

Спіданок був ключений у вартість, але рецепціоніст повідомила, що сніданок не входить, і це за окрему плату. В отелі є СПА - не запропонували. Окремо вигляд на смітник та маргінали зранку номер 410. Чоловік діючий військовий, має статус УБД все за повну плату.

Choose rooms wisely!
Pros:

The staff and hotel is excellent. The rooftop bar is a refuge. The food is top notched.

Cons:

The hotel is haunted. My lady and I were subjected to the main closet door opening, and closing, for a few hours after we went to bed. I went to the main room (suite 201) to block the closet door with a chair only to have it moved 10 minutes later to repeated opening and closing of the door. My lady insisted on moving rooms, and thankfully when I went down to front desk after midnight... they were happy to accommodate to another suite on a higher floor... which we didn't experience any more issues for the rest of the night. I'm not a Ghost Hunter, so this was unexpected... but might be something entertaining for other such guests. The rooms are excellent, clean and very comfortable. The staff is amazing, very professional and are top notched. As an American supporter since the start of the war, Slava Ukraini!
