I wouldn't stay here ever again. Very erratic shuttle service to the hotel with a driver who couldn't care less about you and didn't try and hide it either. Cold perfunctory service at reception also. If you're looking for an Irish céad míle fáilte don't go to this hotel. The flight was late due to turbulence but then there was a further delay with the bus which showed up much later than it should have. We were all left standing in the rain and freezing cold waiting for him to show up. A number of people with small babies and children. A number of elderly Americans also. Got to the hotel at 11.40pm on a Friday night and the bar was shut. Then if you did want anything they were charging extortionate prices in the lobby area. Avoid unless you want to feel badly treated and ripped off.
We are very regular guests, and people working in this hotel are absolutely wonderful, some of them absolute legends!

The beds are amazing, so comfortable.
The shuttle bus wasn't there to collect from the airport at midnight . Waited till 12.45 before I had to get a taxi for myself and my two kids .

Le petit déjeuner est varié et de qualité.
L'emplacement et la navette aéroport sont vraiment un plus , si vous avez une voiture et que vous ne voulez pas utiliser le parking de l'hôtel il y a quelques places dans la rue qui le longe.
Le coin détente pour attendre est vraiment sympa
Les bornes sensées faciliter le check in/out et la récupération de la carte sont un bon concept mais cela n'a pas fonctionné à chaque fois que j'ai voulu utiliser.
Il n'y a aucune instruction dans la chambre concernant les services de l'hôtel/horaires du petit déjeuner...
Les toilettes n'étaient pas très propres à notre arrivée, pour un 4 étoiles c'est décevant c'est la base.
La télévision "connectée" ne fonctionne pas donc impossible de l'utiliser à part pour regarder quelques chaînes locales.

Just on the website it says the shuttle bus goes to both terminals but it doesn’t. Only stops at terminal 1. Not the end of the world but I had to race over to T2…
Super Bus-Shuttle zum/ vom Flughafen. Nettes Restaurant im Hotel. Ruhiges Zimmer. Alles hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Waren dort nur für eine Nacht aufgrund eines sehr frühen Rückfluges.

The facilities excellent. The staff excellent but someone could have mentioned the need to use the room key card to activate the lift! Waited a good while at the coffee counter, only one person working and she had gone off for lemons or something. Very busy lobby and counter. Bit of a wait to check in.

Great hotel. Reception and bar/restaurant staff were excellent, good humoured and helpful. The rooms were spotless. Great nights sleep. Large walk in showers. Excellent value for money. Includez convenient complimentary shuttle bus. Would definitely book again.
