Breakfast was very good. Room was very good. Hotel was clean.
Italian restaurant was not great, paying our bill was not convenient.
It was a beautiful hotel and the shuttle service was needed.
My reservation stated breakfast included and we were charged 19 dollars each for breakfast.

They only have one bank of elevators to service the whole hotel. It’s a busy hotel.
The hotel was in the perfect location, being so close to the airport for when we arrive in on a delayed flight. It was easy to get to with the shuttle bus and check in very quick.
We booked a taxi to come collect us for our train to Waterford but the taxi never showed despite my checking with the desk at least 3 times which was unnecssary stress for us. We had to order another one but got there in the end but only just in time

I then went to have a drink in the lounge. Something, very poor service.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was very good with many choices.
I checked in online and when I arrived the kiosk did not have my information, so I had to wait to see someone at the desk.
