Pros:

Handy for tge airport. Normally to expensive but this time I got a reasonable price.

Cons:

The reception staff weren't great. The pre check in machine didn't work and it was gone midnight, the queue was long for people collecting their cars. The coffee bar the next morning was a joke. Reception did nothing, the poor young girl serving was doing her best. It was the security guy that tried to get extra staff. Overheard the receptionist lady saying it wasn't her problem, go tell a manager, she wasn'tbusy herself but the queue for the cafe was big. Very bad from a good hotel.

Good for a stay before going to the airport

Cons:

Rather impersonal and staff were not particularly helpful
We wanted to extend our stay one more night and was advised to book it online as opposed to just dealing with it at the front desk when we were checking in

Great location!
Pros:

Great location close to Dublin airport. Appreciated the free bus to airport. Room & bed very comfortable. Our room was warm. Even with the A/C blowing as cold as it could & the window open to let the cooler air in, it was still too warm for us. . Other than that, everything was fine.

Perfect location, regular free transfer to the AirPort.
Although really busy, still enough tables to sit at breakfast; really good quality food.

Cons:

No plug adapter in the rooms. You can get one from the vendor machine for double (triple?) price.
