Cons:

Non ho apprezzato il fatto che il personale delle pulizie abbia aperto la porta della camera nonostante abbiamo gridato che fosse occupata. Penso che alle 9,00 di una domenica mattina nn ci debba essere tutta questa fretta a dover lasciare la camera. Al rientro di quella giornata ho trovato cose utilizzate tipo il bicchiere con il caffè solubile in mezzo e altre cose che mancavano nel bagno, era molto evidente che era stato fatto solo il letto e disinfetta il bagno. Penso che siano delle piccole pecche che creano disagio ad una struttura comunque molto accogliente e bella.

Pros:

Bella struttura e staff molto cordiale. Sono stati gentili nel risolvere alcune problematiche che ho avuto. L’albergo è moderno, sono stata solo una notte ma tutto sommato bene.

Cons:

É da un po che su Roma noto che gli alberghi 4 stelle non offrono proprio i servizi che ci si aspetta, come bollitore in camera o ciabattine. Io però avevo bisogno del bollitore per prendere una medicina e la signorina della reception me lo ha fatto avere quindi una nota in più per lo staff
