I would stay there over and over great hotel
Pros:

Staff were very welcoming, room was very fancy with neat lights behind the mirror, bed and tv
Room was super clean. Breakfast was great as well

Comfy beds. Friendly front end staff.
Pros:

Location. Clean. Comfy bed. Breakfast was really good.

Cons:

Not enough parking.
Vacuuming breakfast area before we were done eating. It could have waited 15 minutes till everyone was done.

Pros:

The staff ate great there’s no problem there

Cons:

Our first night was great. Our second night we were on the third floor so the family that was upstairs had kids and they were jumping from the bed to the floor until midnight. It was loud screaming. We barely got any sleep.

It’s a good place. Room next to the pool sucks

Horrific. Traumatizing. Unnecessary. Incompetant!

The front desk/ management was absolutely incompetent. Charged me $466 for one night when I was quoted $99. I got the lowest $99 rate bc the front desk checked a man into our room we were already checked into. This man was given a key & entered our room where my 2 teenage daughters were. The front desk giggled & apologized.
We were with our hockey team & when the boys were up to hotel shinanigans they targeted our room as the problem even though we were asleep when the complaints came in. Instead checking out the complaint themselves, they called the cops & had 3 cops wake us up at 1am & escort me & 3 kids out of the hotel.
