Nothing at all. Our stay at your hotel is a nightmare. It was very dirty: carpet smelled like dirty socks unclean, very tough bad smell, not comfortable, towels at the bathrooms were very dirty even though it seemed washed and yellow stains on them, disgusting, noisy room that we couldn't' sleep the first night with feet walk on our head late at night, sofas are dirty, table is dirty, swimming pool unclean. At the bottom line, we spent our money for nothing.. we really wasted money. I don't like the food at breakfast : scrambled eggs are cold and without a taste. Cheap jams. Is this how hotels Holiday inn look like 3 stars. Some other hotels 3 stars looks way better than this. Sorry to say it but this is the reality. We will never ever come back ! Higher Managers should consider changing these carpets there as they were disgusting if you like customers to come back again. True, I couldn't' find the room I was expecting in exchange for what I spent :$ 414.00 for 2 nights the least you could do was to make it clean. To me that what customers like me are looking for without even being lucuourious or expensive furnitures. In other places you should reimburse me my money and this is my least right if customer couldn't find the comfort and cleaness. I hope this review reach higher Managers and consider theses point I mentioned before. Of course you gonna delete it as other bad reviews from customers I think. My mom and my wife and me are breathing dirtiness while staying for 2 nights. Bad bad bad stay . If we knew we wouldn't choose it at all but unfortunately photos at your web couldn't reflect feeling and smell of rooms inside because you make as fancy as possible to attract booking and purchase. I won't recommend it to any body I know from my community and no thank you for your hotel at all until you change these defects.

Staff that were cleaning were not the good for customer service. Kids were playing hide and seek for 6 hours, using the elevator and the floors and was not managed by management
This location was fantastic! Seriously such a good price for such a great place. Clean, spacious, and very friendly staff.
The only complaint isn't even the hotels fault. The Continental breakfast is amazing selection for a hotel offering and pretty decent tasting as well. The complaint is that during our stay there was another family that took major advantage of the free breakfast and they didn't leave much (or anything some mornings) for everyone else and the kitchen can't make food fast enough for everyone else at that point.

Holiday inns never disappoint. Room was great. Breakfast- hot items hot- good coffee. Pool fun for grandkids.
