Everything all was good very happy with stay very clean
Bed duvet was too small. Awful smell from the sink. Shower was as powerful as a water pistol. When other rooms closed their doors, it was incredibly loud with my door rattling. I thought the Russians had invaded. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.
Your room was £60 more than the Hilton, where I normally stay, and was nowhere near the standard. I only stayed because a colleague had already booked with you. Never again.
Offer the rooms for their worth - £40 per night.

The bed was very hard and air con noisy - could do with replacing but fan provided in room so no real problem

Perfect climate control in a super hot week. Professional reception staff. Great machine outside for paying for parking. The lady looking after breakfast was super friendly and welcoming, giving a sense of really looking after us. The Fox Den pub next door was also super convenient. We'll be back.

Beds were hard/firm. Food was expensive for an evening meal so ended eating out.
