Charged car park for hotel guest, very firm mattress
I like how central this hotel is to where im visiting and staff are always so welcoming, friendly and always try their best.
Even though I use this hotel all the time, the biggest issue is the disabled parking. There is no one that manages the the disabled bays and are always full of non blue badge holders. I have mentioned this on every one of my stays and unfortunately it doesn't get better, but yet you have to pay £5 per day for parking. If you have mobility issues then please be aware that you may have to park further away from the main entrance and carry your luggage in. Its a shame as otherwise the hotel is perfect!

There was no power socket near the bed - a bit problematic if needed for medical equipment overnight. They seem to have been swapped sockets for charging points - but only on one side of the bed.
