Great staff, shame about the beds and management choices.
Pros:

The staff were lovely and could not do enough. My only issue was the bed, not as comfortable as your competitors unfortunately. I usually choose to stay in another very famous chain, as they refuse to “house” those I would prefer to avoid. Saying that, we only saw a few and didn’t feel unsafe.

Cons:

Good points, the rooms are large clean and comfortable. Bad points, The car park was full and we had to wait to park up. The breakfast was messy ( beans in the bacon and eggs ) and there was little option for those with allergies.
