Pros:

The front desk clerk was wonderful, very helpful. The breakfasts and the ladies preparing it were super! We had two full bathrooms

Cons:

We had no housekeeping services the entire stay, though we had requested the service. No trash emptied, we had to take the bags out. The advertised pool was empty and dirty. No microwave was in the room , it was in the description. One was brought to the room on Saturday.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly, and especially, the value was amazing.
Pros:

Great value, clean room, comfortable beds, nice free breakfast, GREAT front desk staff! They were friendly and helpful and were willing to accomodate us. If you're looking for an inexpensive hotel in an area with mostly expensive hotels, this is the place for you.

Cons:

Window of room looked into hall corridor, which was a little weird. Area was a little outside of the city center, with not that many nice restaurants in the area. Not the best place for walking around.

Very disappointing stay with poor maintenance and no effective resolution. I would not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The location was convenient, and the front desk staff tried to help, but unfortunately they were unable to resolve the issues during our stay.

Cons:

Our stay was very disappointing, especially considering we paid around $150+ for one night. The air conditioner was not working, making the room very uncomfortable. The bathroom was completely clogged, and when we reported it, we were told that the maintenance person was not available. We then requested a different room, but were informed that no other room was available. We were traveling with children, which made the situation even more difficult. The sink was also clogged, and the room had a very strong unpleasant odor, smelling like smoke and mildew. Overall, the room was not properly maintained, and the hotel did not provide a reasonable solution to these issues.
