Was a comfortable experience and will probably stay there again.
Pros:

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Nice having refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, meeting room with printer and computers very helpful. Met my basic needs. Jackie was the receptionist that checked me in. She was very pleasant.

Cons:

The gentlemen that checked me out was too quiet/boring. Didn't say much, made me kind of uncomfortable. Pool was not open yet (March 24 was cold) but looks like it needs to be cleaned b4 opening.

Great stay for the price, location isn’t too bad at all, and the amenities are excellent.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and inviting. Room was tidy upon arrival and everything about the stay was almost seamless.

Cons:

The room I had was only for one person so it’s not a huge deal, but I believe it was room 154 that the bathroom door does not fully shut. I also didn’t have a bath towel which I could have asked for so that’s half on me and not a huge deal.

Pros:

Rooms are pretty modern and very clean! All the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful! Breakfast was was AMAZING 🤩

As expected, we had another relaxing, enjoyable stay at this hotel.
Pros:

We have stayed here many times previously and have never been disappointed. It is conveniently located near the NYS Thruway and Rt. 190 so it is easy to go in any direction. Being next to Rt. 190 allows you to quickly and easily travel to downtown Buffalo, the Peace Bridge or Niagara Falls. They have everything you need to be comfortable and while it is not real fancy it a great value for the price. They have pleasant, helpful and courteous people at the front desk.

This was one of the worst rooms we have ever stayed in. Do not recommend at all
Cons:

This room was not as advertised on Booking.com. It was dark, cramped and dated. The bathroom had no light over the vanity area so we could not see other than in the shower. The air conditioning was loud, kicking on and off all night. The pillows were lumpy and there was only 1 bath towel. It was one of the worst rooms we have ever stayed in, and we travel often. Very dissatisfied with this entire Booking.com reservation and room

Enjoyed my stay here! Staff was very nice! I would recommend and stay here again if driving through!
Pros:

I did not have breakfast, but they do have a very nice setup from what I saw! Staff was super nice and friendly! Room was nice, though the freezer part in the fridge had a thick rim of ice. That should be thawed and cleaned! The ceiling in the room was the old popcorn. Removing this and painting to remove stain in middle of ceiling would help to brighten room! It was quiet, and I slept well! Blackout drapes worked really well! I would recommend this as a good place to stay overall! I felt safe and was very comfortable!

Cons:

Freezer part of fridge needed a thaw and clean out. Missing cover on light over fridge/microwave! Ceiling had a long yellow streak or stain.
