Cons:

Housekeeping staff was notified that I would need a late check out and was very uncompliant to my wishes. Made me feel like I was a nuisance and so when I left and waited outside for the remainder of time before I could leave the facility, they told me I couldn't sit there and had to find somewhere else to go

Would never stay here. Ended up leaving the day I checked in.
Pros:

The room was not clean found what looked like bugs under the mattress. The staff were extremely rude and aggressive.

Pros:

Absolutely despicable!!! I went above and beyond to put all trash in trash bags, piled linen on beds and dirty towels in a pile on the floor. They charged me an additional $100 claiming the room was left a mess and there was smoke damage in the room!!! I am not some young 20 something year old who doesn’t care about rules. Spend the $ and go somewhere else!!!
