the only thing that was just ok that the elevators weren't working when we arrived and we weren't told of this when we reserved but it was ok since the lady at the front desk did asked us if we would like a 2nd floor which I thought was doing her part in assisting us.
Bed were comfortable it was very quiet that we could sleep without problems.
The room was fairly clean. A/C worked well
Facility looks like it's been abandoned by management. Elevator broken, with no one working on it, and it wasn't cordoned off, just a sign at check-in saying it was broken. No one listed as "manager on duty." Baseboards missing from random sections all over the hotel. Wallpaper peeling off lobby wall. Conference room partially dismantled so obviously not being used. Bed very lumpy - had pillow top or foam on it that must be old.

Nothing worked ans I talked to a manager and she told me it wasn’t anything she can do. I was there for 5 days with no elevator the laundry room was out of service and they serve pork every day for breakfast

Positiv war das Zimmer selbst, es war ausreichend groß und sauber. Das Personal beim Frühstück war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Rezeptionistin wirkte beim Einchecken überfordert. Der Aufzug war kaputt, wir mussten alles in den vierten Stock schleppen. Das Gebäude ist insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück eher unterer Standard und viel Einweggeschirr. Die Lage ist praktisch wegen der Autobahn, aber reizlos im Gewerbegebiet.
I stayed at this hotel while I was applying for an apartment in Richmond. Since the leasing agency took longer than expected to respond, I had to extend my stay night by night. The hotel was extremely flexible and always helped me add extra nights, which I truly appreciated.
The staff were very pleasant and welcoming, especially the lady who was at the front desk just before our check-out. She was tall, always smiling, very kind, and made us feel genuinely welcome.
I honestly don’t understand why this hotel only has a 7.3 rating on Booking.com. In my opinion, it definitely deserves 8/10 or higher. The room was spacious, very quiet, and comfortable, and the breakfast was really good.
Thank you so much to the entire team for your flexibility, kindness, and hospitality during a somewhat uncertain period for us. I’m truly grateful and would definitely recommend this hotel.
Noise of the AC
Breakfast was cool. Room was clean.
Pool was closed. Renovations were being done. Me and my wife were out for our anniversary and nothing on websites or BOOKING said anything about these closings. It was disappointing because we don't get away from our kids often and were looking forward to swimming and such. Just was not a great experience in terms of amenities.

The air condition in the lobby area wasn't working and the elevator was out of service for the entirely of our stay. It was difficult climbing them every time especially with a toddler.
