It’s beautiful from the outside but had several issues on thru side.

Cons:

One of the elevators were broken, the ice machine on two floors were out of order, and they also have a sheet on the desk in your room explaining how much you will be charged if you steal a towel, washcloth etc. I believe that should be explained at the front desk. Not to mention the towels will don’t cover very much. I’m 5’5 and 120 pounds and I’m barely covered me. You receive two small towels, two wash clothes and two hand towels which doesn’t go far with four people to a room. Nobody would stay at the front desk to ask for extra towels.

We have stayed here multiple times over the years. We will not be back! Very disappointed this time!

Cons:

The elevator was out of service for the majority of my stay. Although I do not have a disability, this significantly impacted my ability to comfortably access my room and fully utilize the accommodations. Only one day was compensated, which I do not feel adequately reflects the inconvenience and reduced quality of service provided.
