We did enjoy our stay at the hotel as well as the Short Pump experience.
Pros:

Overall our stay was good. The staff was very courteous.

Cons:

Didn’t even like the fact that the ice machine on our floor was out of order. Also the free buffet needs more variety of hot items.

Staff great seemed clean all but our first room that we had 2 cockroaches
Pros:

We had cockroaches in 1st room. They did move us. I did try to get in touch with manager to try to get some sort of compensation for this and was ignored.

Comfy, and exceeded expectations for the price
Pros:

Breakfast was good compared to some ive had, staff was attentive, and rooms were very clean.

Cons:

Location. The company across the street does start work very early, and make alot of noise. This im used to working in that kind of environment, but thats really the only flaw.

Pros:

Rooms were nice. But you have zero drinks for diabetes. You had a water fountain, not diet drinks to buy. And your Ptac kept humming loudly so that was annoying.

There was nothing I could buy to drink.. zero diet sides Sri bottled waters
