Good location, right up the road from the outdoor shopping mall. Rooms were clean which is always the most important to me. Beds were comfortable as well.
The AC was so loud it kept waking me up. When I shut it off it got too hot, so not a lot of sleep was had. The breakfast was meh, although the waffles were great. But otherwise no complaints.
The room was very quiet, clean, and the bed very comfortable! The staff was kind and the breakfast room inviting. Loved the smell of the shampoo and body wash. The location is close to shopping and restaurants, very easy to get to and close to the highway.
The fridge in the room was rattling and the ironing board broken, but these are minor inconveniences.

Your front staff was very professional.
For a facility of that size. Your hotel only has 3 carts. Coming in, no carts. Leaving, still no carts available. People were scouring around just to get a cart. NONE!!! This is Unacceptable. Your staff says that people that are there tend to keep them in their Room. This facility should have the minimum of at least 10 carts. Answer to this dilemma, GET MORE CARTS. Thank You.
I like how clean it was. The staff was friendly and the location.
I didn't like that only one elevator was working.
Housekeeping was very nice and hard working.
Parking was terrible. Not secure if you have to park in parking garage for a single woman in her 60’s or anybody for that matter. Very dark , no good lighting

Close to the activity I was attending. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good. Easy check in.
There was a smell in the hallway. The bathroom tub/shower needed updating/cleaning. The mat for the tub should be cleaned or replaced. Only 1 floor had a working or filled ice machine.

The elevators were not working for 2 days. The front desk person read to us from a notebook that the management wanted us to know the elevators are out of order. We are in our 60's, on the fourth floor and no one offered to help us with our luggage. When I asked how will I get all the luggage up?, I was told I had to do it. 2 other parties, older than us, were checking in behind us and received the same message. One group was 2 women and received no help except from my husband. They also were on the 4th floor.
