I had a great experience at Plaza Inn Hotel, especially during breakfast time. Nur, one of the staff members, was a very good man and extremely helpful. He was polite, attentive, and made sure everything was comfortable for me. The food was also very good, with a nice variety and good quality. We had a very pleasant stay after a long flight without much sleep.
The rooms are large and spacious, beds are very comfortable, and the showers were excellent, with plenty of hot water.
The hotel is about an 8 min flat walk from a metro station (Souk Waqif), and from there it is very easy to explore Doha.
The best thing about this hotel is the friendly and helpful staff. Every staff member I met went above and beyond to help us. Well done to you all!

Definitely not a 4-star hotel and very disappointing overall. The room is extremely small, leaving barely enough space to move around or even change clothes comfortably.

Amazing hotel with very friendly staff. The property is well maintained and extremely clean. The location is excellent, only 15 minutes from the airport. Lunch was delicious, featuring traditional cuisine, and the buffet offers plenty of options. Camili S. K., Front of house staff, welcomed us warmly and kindly arranged an early check-in, upgrading our room as a courtesy. Excellent service and a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

And as per our request Ms Samreen had upgraded us to suite room as a complimentary and it’s a very great thing for us

The staff are super friendly and the food is good, although they could have more variety; they do have it at breakfast. Anissa is always super friendly
