Great location. Part of the property was undergoing renovation.

Staff was pleasant, room was clean and spacious. The pillows were so uncomfortable for us as they were really full/thick! The AC and refrigerator were also noisy, which may be a concern for light sleepers.
The breakfast was a very limited spread.

Pleasant staff and comfortable, quiet stay. Fantastic fruit infused water in the lobby helped us stay hydrated since we are not as acclimated to the desert climate.

Very convenient location for a family friend reunion. I have always been impressed by the Element brand, but this location looks tired and dingy, and the room layout was off putting. There was an L shaped desk very inconveniently protruding from the wall in the middle of the room. So many bruises. Not sure why the rooms need such a large fridge either. Would have preferred better bathroom storage.
Very nice room, clean. They even let me have my senior dog with me. Nice gym and great breakfast.

I didn’t make my first day to check in….CHRISTMAS DAY! The Element hotel said I was a “no show” & cancelled my reservation!! HOWEVER ….. they charged me for the ENTIRE WEEK $1596.29 !!! & said I had to deal with HOTELS.COM !!! &
