Une très belle découverte
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel et ne pouvons que le recommander chaleureusement.

Le personnel est particulièrement professionnel, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider, ce qui fait toute la différence dès l’arrivée. Les chambres sont à la fois silencieuses et lumineuses, offrant un cadre idéal pour se reposer. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les rideaux occultants, très efficaces pour garantir des nuits paisibles sans être dérangés par la lumière du matin.

La décoration des chambres, récemment rénovées, est réalisée avec beaucoup de goût, créant une atmosphère élégante et chaleureuse. La literie est d’excellente qualité, extrêmement confortable — un vrai plus pour un séjour réussi.

L’emplacement est également un atout majeur : à seulement deux pas du centre-ville, tout est facilement accessible. Même si nous n’avons pas pu en profiter, l’espace piscine, encore fermé à cette période, semble particulièrement soigné et agréable.

Enfin, les petites attentions comme les capsules Nespresso et le large choix de thés disponibles dans la chambre ont été très appréciées.

Sans aucun doute, cet hôtel sera notre premier choix lors de nos prochaines visites.

Overall, I’m sure the hotel will be nice when fully renovated. But not fully impressed with our stay
Pros:

The hotel is in a perfection location in Aix En Provence, only a few streets over from the centre. The foyer and entrance are grand and welcoming, very modern and stylish. The staff at the beginning were lovely and welcomed us with a sweet treat from the area. They also helped switch the hard memory foam pillows to a softer alternative.

Cons:

The hotel is currently under renovation, so we were a little disappointed that our room didn’t look the images advertised. We were also rudely awaken at 7:15 every morning with the sound of banging and building work as the renovations are currently taking place in the neighbouring rooms, none of which were communicated to us before we arrived. The corridors of floor had art work which was awfully scratched and looked a little tired. The hotel also takes a €100 damages deposit per night, so be prepared to have this taken out your account whilst staying there. I’m still awaiting the deposit to be returned.

Cons:

Les toilettes pas très propres, les travaux, bruits de perceuse un dimanche matin. Le parking de l’hôtel inaccessible.

Kahvaltı iyiydi. Çok çeşit mevcuttu. Otelin konumu ideal. Ana caddeye sadece 7 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Tekrar dönmeyi düşünürüz.
