Für Manhattan in Ordnung
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage direkt in Manhattan. Die nächste Metrostation ist allerdings etwa sechs Gehminuten entfernt. Die Zimmer sind zwar sehr klein, aber für einen Aufenthalt in New York vollkommen ausreichend. Sie sind modern eingerichtet, verfügen über keinen Teppichboden und waren insgesamt sauber.
Zur Ausstattung gehören unter anderem ein kleiner Kühlschrank, ein Bügeleisen sowie Shampoo, Duschgel und weitere Pflegeprodukte. WLAN war sehr gut. Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer bieten leider keine besonders schöne Aussicht. Auch beim Personal gibt es deutliche Unterschiede: Einige Mitarbeitende an der Rezeption und an der Bar waren leider nicht besonders freundlich, während andere wiederum sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren.
Ein weiterer großer Kritikpunkt war der Zustand der Aufzüge. An einem Tag wurde einer der Aufzüge aufgrund eines Problems gewartet, an den beiden darauffolgenden Tagen fiel er dann vollständig aus. Da es ohnehin nur zwei Aufzüge gibt und das Hotel viele Gäste hat, musste man teilweise sehr lange warten. Hinzu kommt, dass auch das Reinigungspersonal die Aufzüge mit ihren Wagen benutzen muss, was die Wartezeiten zusätzlich verlängert. Ich hätte erwartet, dass der Aufzug deutlich schneller repariert wird.
Auch die Wasserspender sind nicht optimal verteilt. Nicht auf jedem Flur gibt es einen Wasserspender, und einige der vorhandenen Geräte sind so langsam, dass das Auffüllen einer Flasche sehr lange dauert.
Einer der größten Kritikpunkte sind jedoch die extrem schwankenden Preise. Für dasselbe Hotelzimmer kann man in einer Nacht beispielsweise 150 $ bezahlen und in der nächsten plötzlich 600 $. Bei besonderen Veranstaltungen, wie etwa einem WM-Finale, kann ich eine solche Preissteigerung noch nachvollziehen. Allerdings sind die Preise teilweise auch unter der Woche ohne erkennbaren Grund stark angestiegen. Diese erheblichen Preisschwankungen empfinde ich als sehr enttäuschend.

Posizione molto centrale per visitare Times Square, 5th Ave e Chelsea

Cons:

La camera è davvero striminzita, il letto più che un matrimoniale è una piazza singola. Ci sono solo due ascensori che servono 26 piani quindi capita spesso di aspettare anche 5 minuti per la salita/discesa.
Il personale non è sempre reattivo; un giorno si erano dimenticati di darci gli asciugamani e abbiamo dovuto aspettare 1 ora e mezza

중간에 stay가 어떤지 물어보는 연락이 왔었습니다. 냉장고가 없어서 불편하다고 했더니 하나를 가져다 주셔서 너무 편안하게 잘 사용할 수 있었습니다. 빠르게 피드백이 되어서 더욱 좋았습니다.

Cons:

간접 조명만 있고 천장에 등이 없는 부분이 제일 아쉬웠습니다. 저녁에 일을 하기에 조금 불편했습니다. 그리고 화장실 세면대에서 가끔 악취가 올라와서 불쾌했던 순간들이 조금 있었습니다.
