Personnel extrêmement agréable. La chambre était un peu petite, mais je prendrai plus grand la prochaine fois. JE RECOMMANDE

Cons:

La douche sans fenêtre si tu es claustrophobe, c’est hyper désagréable. L’ascenseur prenait entre 7-10min parfois.

Decent, convenient location
Pros:

I actually didn't expect much, but it was clean (esp for New York), spacious and quite comfortable. Decent clean bathroom with toiletries.
There was water and also a complimentary drink from the bar, which was a nice gesture.
Location is convenient for shopping and walking to the south manhattan or high lane.

Cons:

Crowded at times, so you had to wait long at reception and for luggage.

Pros:

Loved the location! Great spot in the city. Walkable to many top attractions.

Cons:

The lack of security. The doors were meant to be closed at 11pm until morning and accessible only to hotel guests but this was not always the case. On a separate occasion a very suspicious man slipped into the elevator with me and made me feel very uncomfortable. Nyc is changing. More needs to be done to ensure the safety of hotel guests.
