Pros:

We loved everything. I stayed with my daughter for a one-week trip in New York. We received a room with two separate beds, exactly as we had booked. Because we arrived early after a transatlantic flight, the receptionist, Salley, kindly offered to give us the room well before the official check-in time. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the staff helped us with everything we asked for.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything we really didn’t like, but just to mention something, as has been said before: the elevators are a bit slow, especially in the morning, and there isn’t really a closet in the room.

Odalar NYC standardının üzerinde büyüklükteydi ve temizdi. Eski bir bina olmaması avantajdı. Personel her zaman çok ilgiliydi. Penn Station'a çok yakın olması artıydı. Midtown bölgesinde görülecek yerlerin hepsine yürüme mesafesindeydi.
