Great hotel, food and staff, but don't use Booking.com!
Pros:

Delightful Hotel. Room had lovely view of the garden. Food excellent, friendly staff

Cons:

Booked the room through Booking.com, but when we arrived the hotel had no record of the booking from Booking.com. Fortunately the hotel arranged another room, but of a lesser standard. Do not use Booking.com - book direct!!!

Heerlijk en comfortabel verblijf
Pros:

Central location
Pros:

The location is excellent. The bed and linen and towels are soft and clean. The breakfast was delicious - freshly cooked to perfection with anything and everything you might want - juices, cereals, pastries, toast, cooked, continental.

Cons:

We were given a room off the main hotel, in a new build part I guess - we had steps down to the bathroom. It seemed that the hotel was fully booked and we were plonked there. The view was ground level of a skip and car. There were areas that needed a bit of attention in the bathroom and stairs - dust on the lamp and handrail area as well as chipped paint and the rim of the plug hole too could do with a scrub. Small stuff but I would think this chain would sort these things out. I had waited 20 years to come here and I did not enjoy being sent to a 2nd class area. We paid the same as the rest of the people, but were forgotten about.
