Wonderful and will be back!
Pros:

Now this is how a holiday inn Express should be run! 10/10 for Literally everything! Clean, dry, no dampness, no smells, no mildew, perfect for me! A little loud because a busy main road outside the door bu the location and cleanliness makes up for that. I sleep soundly with foam earplugs so heard nothing. Great spot

Cons:

You could put gold bars out for breakfast, literally nothing was wrong with this place!

The location was good that’s it

Cons:

When we arrived at our room there was trash outside the door left, door was open, puddle of coffee in front of the bathroom door and there was only one towel for 4 people. When I called the front desk to inform him of the dirty room with trash bags outside, open door and no towels. I was told “well everyone is gone” so I had to clean up the coffee my self and try to hunt down some towels we had to share some crazy. Also key cards keep messing up

this was and older hotel but very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The host in the breakfast area was very friendly so was the check in and check out receptionist

Needs higher water pressure and clean carpets

Nice staff at check in. The greeting was what I’ve come to expect at Holiday Inn Express. The only negatives that needs to be addressed is the shower water pressure. Very low pressure compared to other hotels. And the 4th floor hallway/room carpets need to be cleaned. My son walked around in white socks to the from room 407 to the ice machine and when he came back the socks were filthy.

Breakfast was enjoyable, one of the reasons we choose Holiday Inn. But we won’t stay at this location again because of what I’ve mentioned. There is a a few more Holiday Inn expresses close that have great water pressure and clean carpets (clean carpets = less allergy issues for my kids).

Across the street is our favorite Mexican restaurant (Jalapenos) in the area so that is a plus for folks who may want to have a few drinks and walk to the hotel instead of driving.
So may great things to do within 20-30 minutes from this location so that is a plus.
