Great staff
Pros:

The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The main issues I encountered were with the room itself. The air conditioning unit was noticeably loud and had a stale odor when running. Additionally, the toilet continued to run after every flush, requiring me to remove the tank lid and manually adjust the float to stop the water flow.

Breakfast options were also quite limited by 8:00 AM, which was a little disappointing.

Overall, the staff made a positive impression, but the maintenance issues and breakfast availability impacted the experience. As a side note, a continuously running toilet doesn’t align particularly well with IHG’s Journey to Tomorrow sustainability initiatives and may be worth addressing.

Great room and awesome breakfast!
Pros:

The room was great. Very comfortable chaise lounge in the room. Plenty of storage space for our luggage. Loved the soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers. The breakfast was wonderful.

Pros:

This was our first time staying at a Holiday inn by the beach. And we absolutely loved it! The rooms were nice the food was great! The atmosphere the attention to customers! Everything 5 stars. Will definitely be coming back!

Traveling for fun
Pros:

We have not stayed with Holiday Inn for several years because of price. We have been pleasantly surprised that the pricing is now on line with other chains. Holiday Inn is consistently offering value and comfort. The breakfast is fresh and plentiful. The rooms are large and clean. We will continue to stay with this brand.

More negatives than positives
Pros:

The room was extremely humid. Also, the in-room Keurig was very problematic. I would have given up brewing a cup, but my wife realized that it was not recognizing the cup placed under the brew stream. By moving the cup up and down, she was able to get a cup of coffee. This was room 203.

The girls at check-in were very pleasant.

I guess for the price you get what you pay for.
