Location was great for getting to the Hartford convention center, an easy 12 minute drive. I appreciated the kitchenette for our snacks and beverages.
I wasn’t expecting a sliding door into the bathroom. I dislike that trend as I want more privacy.

The hotel lost power for a while and we couldn't purchase anything being the registers were down.
So we had to order outside food the entire stay until breakfast. But they did give us some free items down stairs for inconvenience witch we very much appreciated. They handled the situation well and fair. No complaints Staff and manager did phenomenal job. I will be booking again soon very soon.
Staff was excellent and met our needs every time we had interface. Breakfast could use some improvement (fruit salad tasted off) overall, wonderful stay. Wish you had more locations. We wouldn’t use Residence Inn if we had a choice. We intend on exploring more of Hyatt and its offerings. Thank you.

I stayed here for a tournament that my daughter had in Hartford. From the check in process with Sergio, to the customer service I received next morning from Jasmine to the great breakfast who Mansel was in charge of , everything was great. We stayed 2 nights and the rooms and property are very well maintained. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Nasty management
Trying and avoid, if you have a issue it won’t be resolved in your favor and the management is rude
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They arranged multiple trips too and from the airport and local shopping.

I spent a long weekend at the Hyatt House Hartford North/Windsor with my kids during their winter break, and we had a great experience. It was perfect way to start the New Year! My boys were excited about the pool, and we had so much fun. We stayed in a one-bedroom king suite. The room was very clean, which was a big plus- especially for someone with a slight case of OCD🙂 Breakfast each morning was very good, they had a good mix of hot and continental options. All of the staff were kind and friendly, and it was clear from their interactions that they worked well as a team.

The home feel.
Close to Hartford BDL, rooms somewhat updated but could be further cleaned and modernized, lobby very comfortable and restaurant/bar manager is an awesome guy!! Breakfast was very well presented, abundant choices for an hotel in this caliber and appreciated the friendliness and welcome from the front desk staff!
