We booked at last minute so we didn’t know exactly what to expect. We ended up in a huge room. In house bar was a plus as well - long pours from the bartender 👏 as well as very nice convos with fellow travelers. Not sure if travels will take us through Hartford again, but on the possibility they do this is where we’ll be staying.
Easy check in. Hassle free. The room was beautiful. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was perfect! I will always choose Hyatt house.

The lobby was clean and smelled good. The girl at the desk was very friendly.
The room was dirty and there were a few things left behind from a previous guest, so it made me feel the room wasn’t cleaned properly. The tiles in the bathroom room were broken and had fallen off. There was a charger port attached to the night stand next to the bed and it was filthy, I didn’t even want my daughter to touch it!

Me he quedado en otras 2 ocasiones anteriores pero en esta ocasión fue pésima desde que entramos a la habitación lo primero el lavamanos estaba todo lleno cómo se tierra una señora de limpieza nos trató de ayudar pero el problema era más grande tuvieron que sacar toda la tubería para destapar porque el agua no quería bajar y ese empleado fue bien inbrudente se puso estar averiguando todo lo que había en el counter y están diciendo. Oh mira a aquí tienen un Party. Usted no pueden hacer fiesta cuando ya yo había hablado con el gerente y le había dicho que no era ningún Party solamente que iba a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi Nena y solamente íbamos a estar las mismas cuatro personas que íbamos a estar en la habitación eso a mí no me gustó porque no tiene que estar averiguando las cosas que yo tengo es que yo sepa no bebe agua bebe soda OK tengo que comprar al hotel yo lo compro porque para eso es una suite de lo demás todo bien desayunó muy bueno, aunque fue lo mismo los dos días y el demás personal voy educado, gracias antes, pero pienso que debería de por lo menos hablar con ese empleado que fue muy grosero.
Otra cosa habían pelo en la bañera, la sala parece que no la aspiraron bien, porque también estaba ahí en el pelo. El Cristal de la puerta del clóset estaba bien sucio y la que te pone en el baño estaba llena de hongo y pelo
The receptionists were nice. And the location was good for me.
The floors were extremely dusty and the mirrors were dirty. The bathroom wasn’t well cleaned as well.

Not being able to park close to the entrance….And being all the way on the end ….. Kept hearing the door slam most of the day and night .
