When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The property will contact the guest following their reservation.

When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of GBP 25 for 1 dog or GBP 40 for a maximum of 2 dogs, per night, applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.

Front car park with limited spaces, along with disabled parking, and additional limited parking near the property located on Queens Lane South. Both are operated on a first-come, first-served basis. We can not take reservations for the car park. Local pay and display available on Queens Road, single yellow line in operation until 18:00 (Monday to Friday).

Malmaison Spa is open from Thursday to Sunday and closed from Monday to Wednesday.

The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner rate is inclusive of a choice of 2 Courses from the A La Carte menu up to the value of £50 per person. Inclusions only apply for adults.

Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates, and the charges are as follows: 0-4 years old – Breakfast is Complimentary/ 5- 11 years old – Breakfast is charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over Breakfast is charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.

Please note that extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival; customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges of GBP 30 per night directly with the hotel.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Great staff, perfect stay.
Pros:

Had a hiccup with the room and was quickly offered an upgrade to a suite. I was well taken care of by Amanda who couldn’t have done more. Thank you for making my stay great!

The stay was excellent. The staff were really nice. My graduation dinner was wonderful.
Pros:

The service was excellent.

Cons:

No one to help with the luggage after check-in to the room. I had to look for the room number while pulling my luggage. Imagine doing this after a long flight.

Great shirt stay in Aberdeen
Pros:

Great staff really helpful. We were running late and they not only held our rooms but also made a reservation for dinner. The hotel rooms are all large and beautifully furnished in a sensitive rear extension. Car parking is limited but we parked on the street as we were leaving before 9.00. Food for both dinner and breakfast was excellent. Would strongly recommend this hotel.

Great comfortable hotel in a nice part of the city.
Pros:

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent, much bigger than expected and very comfortable. The room was ready with a cot, changing mat and nappy bin for our 1 year old which was great. The location is perfect for visiting the city with plenty of food and drinks places within walking distance.

It was pretty good overall
Pros:

Cons:

Hotel is getting a bit dated and could do with a refresh.
Air conditioning not working in either of our rooms, but the weather was cool so it didn't really matter.

A very nice hotel with some great facilities, rather let down by a not very peaceful nights sleep
Pros:

hotel is modern, nice rooms, Staff were very welcoming on both front desk and in restaurant. Had a fantastic meal with some colleagues in the private room toward the balcony. Service was good and food was superb.

Cons:

At about 03:30 the sound of chairs being dragged across the floor in the dining room woke me up! this went on for about 20 minutes. I fell back to sleep and then at 07:00 I had the bass from the sound system in the dining room coming up through the floor.
