Pros:

Love the decor and vibe of a Malmaison hotel. Staff are always great. Beds were firm but comfy, room are spacious, coffee machine very nice addition to room, lovely toiletries included, really good breakfasts, delicious range of cocktails, great bar area, very comfortable.

Cons:

Bathroom could have smelt nicer!
Dinner menu wasn't to our taste and bit pricey so we went elsewhere.
Very noisy guests returning drunk at 2.30am woke us, not hotel's fault of course.

Cons:

Left my sunglasses in the room. Rang from taxi only 20 mins after checkout to be told cleaners were in the room at the time of call so would call back. Never called back and after stopping by in a couple days no sign of the sun glasses.

Poor
Pros:

Location was good and outdoor area of bar.

Cons:

Air conditioning did not work on the hottest weekend of the year so far, asked for engineering to fix as room was hot and stuffy. Only to be told that as it was a weekend they could not fix. 3 nights stayed and no air conditioning which is unacceptable for this star hotel. Cleanliness is poor, cooked breakfast was poor and staff need training on how to handle complaints. F&B service was shocking a poor overall experience.

Pros:

Great location

Cons:

Booked extra bed for child and paid extra only to be told breakfast was extra cost even though was included in room. Then restaurant tried to charge for adult breakfast. Was allocated disabled room and was told by reception nexr time I should request not to have a disabled room which is absurd when I booked a Club Room. Cleaning was poor.
