We stayed at Mal Aberdeen for 3 nights in January and had the most amazing experience. We arranged our stay with Amanda Black, the hotel’s Front Office Manager. She’s such a lovely person and extremely good at what she does. Amanda personally ensured that we had a stay to remember. Our room was beyond expectations, huge and very clean. Our dinner and breakfasts were delicious and the people that work in the hotel are wonderful and friendly. I highly recommend Mal Aberdeen. Thanks again Amanda for making this important trip for us so special. We’ll definitely be back.
Got an unexpected upgrade to a suite. Absolutely gorgeous.
Staff were so lovely too.
Nothing.
Great valve dinner bed and breakfast. Food was delicious, and service was excellent. Room was spotless and bed was super comfortable. Couldn’t fault the place. Will definitely use again on our next trip to Aberdeen.
Bit of a bun fight for parking places, not nearly enough! Also, there is no facility for electric vehicle charging within a reasonable distance to the hotel.
Very good and close to city centre, staff where lovely and very welcoming.
Everything! The staff on reception were so lovely and kind. The room was comfortable and it gave me a well needed rest
We spent my partners birthday at the Mal in Aberdeen, it has recently been updated, and even better than the last time we stayed. Room upgraded and everything gorgeous 🥰 thanks to all the lovely friendly staff for taking care of us at 54..
I enjoyed the nespressi coffee machine, the Ferrero rochers, and the lighting in my room. The decor was fun and colourful. The bath was lovely and I slept well in my bed watching some TV after my bath. I didn't use the shower but appreciated the toothbrush kit when I asked at reception. The breakfast staff were incredibly attentive - they made me feel so welcome and cared for
I found the temperature in the room a bit warm and didn't realise I could change the thermostat. This is probably because I'm not a regular hotel resident
Lovely stay at the Malmaison for a medical appointment at the Albyn. Within walking distance of the Albyn. Warm welcome, comfortable room, great food and excellent service throughout. We will stay again.
