When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of GBP 25 for 1 dog or GBP 40 for a maximum of 2 dogs, per night, applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.
Front car park with limited spaces, along with disabled parking, and additional limited parking near the property located on Queens Lane South. Both are operated on a first-come, first-served basis. We can not take reservations for the car park. Local pay and display available on Queens Road, single yellow line in operation until 18:00 (Monday to Friday).
Malmaison Spa is open from Thursday to Sunday and closed from Monday to Wednesday.
The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner rate is inclusive of a choice of 2 Courses from the A La Carte menu up to the value of £50 per person. Inclusions only apply for adults.
Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates, and the charges are as follows: 0-4 years old – Breakfast is Complimentary/ 5- 11 years old – Breakfast is charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over Breakfast is charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.
Please note that extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival; customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges of GBP 30 per night directly with the hotel.

Hotel was lovely, check in not great. I’d had an upgrade offer accepted but it had been removed when we checked in. No apology. Then they found us a room that was an upgrade. Cold tap in the room didn’t work, told

Lovely rooms, and staff were very helpful. Located in a quieter area but walking distance to the city centre. The food was lovely but expensive .
The location is perfect. The room was tastefully decorated, had everything you needed. The bar area and restaurant had excellent menus and great atmosphere. The staff all helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend. Great value for money.

I had a beautiful suite with a balcony and really lovely room
Chambre spacieuse, lit confortable, petit frigo et équipement TV compatible chromecast ce qui permet un visionnage dans la langue et les chaines du pays que l'on souhaite. Petit déjeuner fantastique de qualité dans un cadre très confortable.
Des espaces restaurant, bar, salon, très agréables.
Les transports en commun sont devant l'entrée de l’hôtel ,(il faut bien prendre les références du nom de l'arrêt du retour)
La vue, l'emplacement de la chambre, vue sur un mur avec les moteurs de ventilation. L'ouverture de fenêtre est trop limité pour aérer comme souhaité. Le tarif est trop onéreux malgré la qualité des service.

Malmaison is always fantastic.
Ive stayed many times and the last time i stayed i did find one member of the bar staff was rude and offended me. Ive stayed over 15 times and this has only happened once but has resulted in me no longer booking to stay.
great hospitality and attention all around - from the receptionist (who phoned me ahead to check preferred timing for dinner reservation) to the waitresses (especially the girl with the Bisto tattoo who we had a long and enjoyable chat with at breakfast).
Room was HUGE! and quiet as requested and the bed was super comfortable.
I had the coconut shrimp for starters (OK) and fillet steak med-well for main: which was perfect.
all in all
class and relaxing weekend.
room temp control was a bit on the warm side even with both windows open - however it was BOILING in Aberdeen that day.
