The location is good and the price very reasonable but we will not return.
Pros:

The man who manages the breakfast is a hard worker who is gracious and very helpful to everyone. We also liked the location, and the bath toiletries.
They provided plenty of hangers, which I appreciated.

Cons:

We stayed for 3 nights and they never replaced a towel or washcloth, or the coffee pods. The facility is careworn and needs updating. The night manager was very stone faced and seemed uncomfortable with guests. They gave us a room right by the elevator. We asked for a room in a quiet place away from the elevator.

Outstanding Service and a Wonderful Stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. The front desk team made check-in smooth and efficient, and they were always ready to assist with any questions we had.

It’s clear that the team takes pride in their work and cares about providing exceptional service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

"Grandpa Joe" went above and beyond to help make our stay wonderful!! He was wonderful with the children we had with us and treated them just as he would his own grandchildren. He made them feel extra special!!

Bummed out
Pros:

Many options of eating out around the hotel in short driving distance

Cons:

Booked hot tub room , had so many issues with the hot tub not working which defeats the purpose of that being the reason why I booked it.
Haven’t been called due to those issues from the establishment where I was asking for some type of reimbursement. Wasn’t a great bday stay!!
