Important information:

The restaurant is usually closed on Saturday during lunch and all day on Sunday. In the event of private functions, some areas of the hotel will be inaccessible for guests. An aperitif is served from 6 pm to 10 pm.

The outdoor swimming pool is open from May to September, 9 am-7:30 pm. The indoor pool is open from October to April, 9 am-10 pm.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Comfortable, quiet stay, a little off the beaten track.
Pros:

Comfortable bed and well sound proofed room. We had breakfast which was good value at 15 euros. The supermarket next door is very convenient and large, and has a restaurant / bar for breakfast.

Cons:

The location is OK but if I visit Bergamo again I’ll stay in the centre. The trains are currently not running so there were replacement buses and with the walk it takes a good 45 mins at least to the main station. It’s a bit of a no-mans land, not very close to the centre but still built up so not in countryside either.

Tutto sommato un buon soggiorno.
Pros:

L' albergo è facilmente raggiungibile,è grande e pieno di comodità.
Molto buona la colazione. Il letto era comodissimo e la stanza spaziosa.
Frigo bar fornito di tutto.
Personale cortese.

Cons:

Sono arrivata alle ore 1,20 di notte e ,anche se avevo preventivamente avvisato il portiere del mio arrivo tra l' una e l' una e mezza , ho dovuto attendere fuori circa 15 minuti da sola e sotto la pioggia perchè nessuno.mi apriva.
Ho avuto un momento di sconforto,poi ho tentato di chiamare un' ultima volta e finalmente il portiere mi ha risposto aprendomi il cancello.

A day by the pool
Pros:

Booked this non-chain hotel and it was a nice change. My single room was small, but had a nice view from the French balcony. Beach sandals were provided and in good use by the pool.

As others have said, the reservation confirmation states that using a sunbed is included. This is however not honored, they force you to pay 5€/day. A parasoll would be an additional 5€, but this is not really needed as the sunbeds have a built in shade.

Sunbed reservation is a good idea as pool access is sold also to non-guests. It was hot during my stay and the sunbeds filled up.

I reserved breakfast when booking the room, but it is the same price (15€, 2025) if you book it on-site. The breakfast is adequate and you can order coffee from the barista. You can also eat breakfast on the terrace, which is nice. The chairs are plastic and the terrace is not very cozy, though it is shady.

l'albergo è bello, il personale da rivedere
Pros:

sono arrivato in hotel dopo le 22 ed evidentemente il portiere notturno non è all'altezza. Non saluta, non da il benvenuto, chiede bruscamente documenti e carte i credito per pagare gli 'scoperti'.
Stessa attitudine al check out, anch'esso fatto di sera tardi. Forse non idoneo a un hotel 4*
