Esther, staff member, was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The reception was so amazing.
Pros:

Breakfast was very delicious. The location was easily accessible. The rooms are well maintained and looked very neat.

Superb, Convenient and great value for money
Pros:

The breakfast was intercontinental, catering to people with different things, the variety was very good. The location was superb, given that the location was situated in the center, it was very convenient to access tourist sites like table mountain, or visit the various mall like waterfront and canal for shopping. The shower was great, with adjustable water pressure.

Cons:

The wardrobe space is very limited should you plan on staying for a longer period and do not want to operate out of your suitcase. The towels were also very tiny, could barely go around the waist. They should also consider adding shower caps to the bathroom instead of making guests request for them everyday. Other than that the place was superb.

The location is really good

Cons:

The location in Google Maps is 1 hour drive from the real location. So when we arraived at the airport we put the name of the hotel and they took us really far and then we have to come back to the other way another hour. So we lost 2 hours, we spent a lot of money in taxi and once we arraived we spoke to the reception men and he told us many people has the same problem
