We really enjoyed it. We were greeted by friendly staff. Even if we just passed in the foyer

Food was great, friendly staff. All and all a good experience!

Cons:

Our shower floor had a small crack. Water seeped through the wall into the toilet area. The floor was wet after we showered. But we wiped it up with the floor towel provided.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was in a prime spot for Long Street and local markets etc

Cons:

The parking of our hired car had to be done by staff and we had to call 3 to 5 minutes prior to us wanting to go out. The breakfast is basic.
