Merveilleux endroit !
Pros:

Situation géographique, intimité des studios, propreté, accueil des employés.
Propreté de l’etablissement.
A proximité des activités, des gares, bus, ferry. Les restaurants pas trop loin.
Aussi, au bord du Tage.c’est merveilleux de se promener le soir au bord.

Cons:

3 giorni, 2 persone: 1 bottiglia di acqua in tutto. Credo che in un 4 stelle non sia appropriato costringere i clienti ad andare al negozietto di souvenir per comprare una bottiglia di acqua.
Aggiungo la estrema scortesia della addetta alla reception che alle 23.15 su è rifiutata di darci una bottiglia d'acqua in quanto il bar era chiuso (alle 23). Trattati malissimo.

Sempre la persona che era alla reception, ha fermato in modo imperioso una inserviente che si era avvicinata per aiutarci a portare i nostri bagagli. Considerando che la nostra stanza stava un un portone diverso e quindi bisognava uscire in strada un aiuto non era inutile.
Aggiungo che siano un coppia di 75enni, uno dei quali claudicante, praticamente piegato in 2; per forti dolori alla schiena. GRAZIE.

Sulla stanza: abbiamo prenotato uni "studio" in quanto la descrizione diceva che ci fosse più spazio di una stanza normale. Costava di più, l'abbiamo prenotata. Lo "studio" era al 4° piano di uno scala diversa e quindi bisognava uscire in strada ed entrare un un ingresso senza personale.
La stanza/monolocale era al 4° piano con le 2 finestre alte, raggiungibili con difficoltà: era impossibile guardare fuori la finestra.

La stanza/monolocale aveva il tetto fortemente spiovente quindi: almeno il 30% della stanza era inagibile in quanto aveva un'altezza di meno di un metro. Nel resto della stanza era difficile camminare se non piegandosi e con la quasi certezza di sbattere la nuca da qualche parte ...
Di notte il tutto si trasformava un un incubo, considerando le luci messe male.
In bagno: porta trasparente in modo che la luce (fortissima) potesse accecare l'altro ospite che stava dormendo. Sempre per dare fastidio all'altro, la ventola di aereazione (bagno senza finestra) era molto rumorosa e si accendeva solo insieme alla luce.
Io lavandino era "grande" quanto quelli dei wagon lit di una volta. Inaccettabile.

Could have been amazing!
Pros:

A really lovely apartment, beautifully decorated in a brand new renovated building. Couldn’t get a better central location and excellent breakfast next door in the hotel.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower. We had so many problems. Good pressure but stone cold, hot scalding water but only a trickle that you could not wash in. Maintainance did improve it somewhat but it was very disappointing. A beautiful bathroom too. Such a shame.
