Ottima posizione appena fuori dal centro storico.
Camera pulita e ben tenuta.
Parcheggio gratuito nei pressi della struttura e possibilità di parcheggio privato all'interno dell'hotel.
Reception disponibile 24 ore su 24 e possibilità di check-in in ogni momento (previo accordo con la struttura).
Buona la colazione.

Pros:

Хорошие номера с удобной кроватью, практически в центре города. Завтраки неплохие, есть и горячие и холодные закуски и сладости.

Cons:

Проблема, поставить машину, возле отеля все как правило занято. На завтраках яичница не соленная, проблема с горячем чаем, вода еле теплая…

Hotel idéal pour visiter la région des trulli et la vallée d'Itria
Pros:

Hôtel situé en ville, bien insonorisé par rapport aux bruits de la rue, bon accueil du personnel. Cet établissement est idéal pour une visite des trulli et de la vallée d'Itria. Hotel très bien équipé (ascenseur) et sobre (articles de toilettes basic et nature....)

Cons:

Connexion Wifi impossible dans la chambre. Une butée de porte d'entrée de chambre très mal située. Bruit de la climatisation désagréable toute la nuit. La douche est trop étroite.

A ne plus répéter ...
Pros:

L'hôtel était dans la localité où avait lieu un mariage auquel nous étions conviés. Un parking souterrain à 15,00 € / jour était disponible. Le personnel était aimable et serviable, à l'exception du garçon au petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

La présentation du petit-déjeuner variait selon le nombre de clients présents. En l'absence de groupe le choix était très restreint. Les produits présentés ne variaient pas et n'étaient pas proposés tous les jours, respectivement n'étaient pas réapprovisionnés lorsque les plateaux étaient vides, tout particulièrement les fruits frais, souvent remplacés par des pêches et des prunes au sirop. Le garçon, peu enclin à saluer les clients, était davantage occupé à disposer ou ranger la vaisselle qu'à servir les hôtes. La chambre était propre, une tâche d'eau au plafond, due à un tuyau fuyant augmentant tous les jours, sans qu'une chambre alternative soit proposée. Le réseau wifi était peu fiable, surtout en soirée et une régulation de la climatisation n'était pas possible.

Cons:

Defektes Türschloss: Unser Zimmer stand 2 Std. offen, obwohl uns die Mitarbeiterin versicherte, sich sofort darum zu kümmern. Dazu kam ein sehr unhygienischer Zustand. Das Ersatz-Zimmer hatte eine laute Klimaanlage und eine störende Zwischentür. Erst nach Beschwerde bei Booking.com erhielten wir ein besseres Zimmer. Frühstück war um 9:15 Uhr schon leer, Minibar warm, Kühlschrank defekt – keine kühlen Getränke im Hochsommer. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie völlig inakzeptabel.

La ubicacion es perfecta

No funcionaba la wifi, el aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido, por la noche se tenia q apagar o no podias dormir

Je ne pense pas reprendre cet hôtel
Pros:

L’établissement était propre ainsi que la chambre, nous avions deux bouteilles d’eau dans le réfrigérateur offerte à notre arrivée. le personnel était agréable. Et désolé que nous n’ayons pas pu bénéficier du lit bébé notre enfant d’un an et demi a dû dormir entre nous.

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas pu bénéficier d’un lit bébé, car nous sommes arrivés à une heure tardive. Il n’y avait pas de couverture juste un drap pour nous couvrir et le petit déjeuner était léger. Pas beaucoup de choix.

velice příjemné
Pros:

Vše v pořádku. Lokaci jsme vybrali, že jsme vyjížděli do Matery a okolí, vše do hodiny autem i moře. Strávili jsme 2 noci. Parkování bez problému v blízkosti hotelu. Snídaně dostačující, člověk se nají napije.
