Pros:

Просторни и много чисти стаи. Ежедневно почистване и много любезен и отзивчив персонал. Стаите са оборудвани със всичко необходимо. Хотелът предлага безплатен паркинг и изключително вкусна и богата закуска. Спа центъра е отлично поддържан. Хотелът е на пешеходно разстояние от центъра и забележителностите на града.

Pros:

Excellent breakfast with great variety.the rooms were spacious and easy parking.the view from the room

Cons:

It was really hot at times even with the radiators closed if that is bad and most of the games at the basement are broken which is not a deal breaker but it would show care for the hotel

Pros:

It is our third time there.... Rooms are always spotless, breakfast is always very very nice (this time was superb.... I think they almost reached perfection) , spa is also very nice. Employees are polite and tending.

Well ... All was nice but.... This time the spa area was less than fully operational, for example, one steam bath was out of service, in the kids pool the mushroom fountain was out of service, the big pool was not as clean -probably because it was crowded - and in our room the shower handheld head was leaking and damaged so that because the metal was cracked, caused a small wound to one of my family.... Small things but I considered it changed the vfm ratio for me ...
