הכל היה מצוין . השירות בקבלה, החדרים , הספא וארוחת הבוקר. העיסוי היה מצוין והבחור בקבלה בספא נתן שירות יוצא דופן .

Cons:

לשים לב שבאוקטובר אין מה לעשות בבנסקו . רק לשבת בספא במלון . הרכבלים לא עובדים .

I have not been in LB few years. It is great to see that the quality did not change. Great place for family holidays... nreakfast beyond expectations...

Cons:

I was expecting a bit warmer water in spa. Generapy it was cleam although some places would deserve more attentuon - grubby edges of the pool and jacuzzy, bottom of railings etc...
