Overall a wonderful stay experience
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hospitality staff were truly astonishing—warm, attentive and incredibly courteous throughout our visit. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable.

What made our experience extra special was the thoughtful anniversary decoration they arranged for us. It was such a lovely surprise and made our celebration even more memorable.

Highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional service and attention to detail!

Ideal für eine Besichtigung der Ellora Caves
Pros:

Mein Mann und ich wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Unser Zimmer war genau wie auf den Bildern bei booking.com angegeben - sehr geräumig mit Ablagemöglichkeit für zwei Koffer, was nicht so oft vorkommt. Auch das Badezimmer war sehr geräumig und hatte genügend Haken, um die Handtücher zum Trocknen aufzuhängen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet bot für jeden etwas - auch hier war das Personal sehr aufmerksam.
Der Pool des Hauses ist äußerst einladend gestaltet; leider war das Wasser recht kalt (Februar), so dass sich nur mein Mann hineinwagte.
Wir buchten für den Besuch der Ellora Caves eine Hin- und Rückfahrt. Der Fahrer holte uns in einem sehr bequemen Auto pünktlich ab und brachte uns sicher (ohne während der Fahrt zu telefonieren) dorthin und nach der Besichtigung wieder zum Hotel zurück.
Am zweiten Abend gab es aufgrund einer zuvor gefeierten indischen Hochzeit ein Fest ("reception") vor dem Gelände des Hotels. Vielleicht war die Geräuschkulisse der vielen Feiernden mit Musik und Feuerwerk am Schluss manchen Hotelgästen unangenehm; wir haben die ganze Szene aber sehr genossen und uns alles vom Parkplatz des Hotels aus interessiert verfolgt.
Last not least: Wir kamen spät abends am Flughafen an und waren erst um 9:45 p.m. im Hotel. Wir wollten abends keinen langen Anfahrtsweg vom Flughafen und brauchten auch ein Hotel, dass einen späten Check-in ermöglichte. Außerdem mussten wir bei der Abreise schon um 6:00 a.m. abreisen, um wieder zum Flughafen zu kommen. Insofern war die insgesamt ruhige Lage sehr geschickt für uns.

Great hotel, would be nice when personal would keep more distance.
Pros:

Location was very good, also the breakfast. Good room, swimming pool, gym.

Cons:

We were asked too many times a da how we are, if we are happy, how the room is etc. I believe more than 20 times. For us this was annoying. They do too much their best..
