Wonderful Stay at the El Mirador
Pros:

+ Staff very attentive and friendly
+ Hotel very clean and high quality throughout
+ Bedrooms spacious and nicely done
+ Breakfast offering was very good i.e everything fresh & available, huge choice
+ Location was perfect, close to the best beach, on the walking promenade, lots of restaurants and shop options in walking distance

El Mirador is very highly recommended for a relaxing stay in Tenerife, especially for couples.
Pros:

El Mirador is an absolute joy. The facilities, the location, and especially the staff, are exemplary. The breakfast buffet is the best we've ever seen, and the terrace outside is a fabulous place to start the day as the sun rises. The pool is wonderful; never crowded and perfectly clean. The rooms are spacious and immaculate. The sunbed service from Orlando and his colleagues is a particular highlight - he brings so much joy to everyone's time in the sun. It's a place we'll keep returning to.

It is adult only, relaxing, elegant and charming
Pros:

This is a very attractive Andalucian almost Moroccan style hotel - visually lovely. Very well maintained and pretty gardens.
If you have a room on the upper floors you have a great view of the sea and the coast. Food is good - breakfast is very comprehensive and well executed. There are options for lunch and dinner - all good. Service at the pool is very prompt - no problem getting a drink. The pool is heated and huge - lovely. There is some entertainment at night in the bar - usually very good. The staff are efficient, friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a good location with direct access to the beach and Paseo

Cons:

They need to revise their beach towel policy - asking guests to trail around a 5 star hotel every day with their
towels is not appropriate for the style of hotel. I would like to have seen more management presence - no-one ever visited the pool area or the restaurant to chat with guests and to see how they were getting on.

Mangement need to re visit their Christmas experience.
Pros:

Location and staff

Cons:

The only complaint was New Year’s Eve bad value for money re dinning experience and entertainment compared to to other 5 star hotels within the area which we stayed on previous years. Other guests had the same feelings about the new years experience.

A superb hotel where every member of staff goes above and beyond.
Pros:

This is a superb hotel. Each and every member of staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.
The hotel is spotless, facilities great. Restaurants excellent. There is great attention to detail with lots of little extras.
I can’t fault it and can’t wait to go back.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Loved it All!
Pros:

The hotel was absolutely incredible! The breakfast was the best we have ever found at a resort. Every morning, it was like waking up in paradise. The pools and room was gorgeous and the service was outstanding!!
