Luxurious hotel in awesome location, with extra costs.
Pros:

Location is perfect, with easy access to underground parking. The hotel breakfast were exceptional. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Staff is very helpful and nice.

Cons:

Spa entry is not free, only one swimming pool outside and one whirlpool. The beach access is easy, but you have to pass small shopping mall (or go around). There are no hotel sunbeds on beach, you have to pay 9eur/day for one. There are many restaurants on left, but their are typical tourist eating places. To eat local, you need to walk a bit on right to another village or take 70eur/person/day halfboard.

C’est Hotel c’est un plaisir mais vraies vacances peu de chambre on se sent pas entassés comme la plupart des Hotel aux Canaries même les cinq étoiles personnelles incroyable aux petits soins la terrasse autour de la piscine pas les uns sur les autres le petit-déj’ très bien vraiment et les chambres cocooning comme j’aime vraiment bravo le meilleur Hotel à Tenerife

Wunderschöne Tage in einem sehr ansprechenden Hotel - eines der schönsten in Teneriffa

Wunderbare Lage mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer von den meisten Juniorsuiten aus - sehr schöne Ausstattung - besonders nette Betreuung aller Mitarbeiter - das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen

Cons:

Nur eine Anmerkung: Die Poolanlage ist wunderbar, aber alle Pools können nach 18:00 nicht mehr benutzt werden - Extra-Kosten für den Indoorpool auch da nur bis 18 Uhr, ist bei dem Preisniveau vielleicht ein bisschen übertrieben - nur ein persönlicher Eindruck: wir sind Musikfreunde, aber leider wird auf der Terrasse abends bis 22.30 (mit wenigen angenehmen Ausnahmen) extrem laut musiziert
