Ascott Park Place Dubai

Great 40 metre pool , huge apartment , we stay regularly in dubai for work and this is one of the best we have stayed in. Early check in , easy parking, amazing view over Jumeirah and a perfect location for jumping on the SZR to marina and everywhere. We will be back

This should be a glowing review of clean spacious room, impressive gym or beautiful pool. Instead, I was left with a very negative impression of this hotel as a result of the check-out procedure where I was asked to wait while they "check my room for any forgotten items." I've traveled a lot don't have a problem with a property wanting to check for damage or stolen items. My problem is being lied to, not informed in advance to allow extra time at check-out and the long, insulting process I experienced. After more than 10 minutes waiting for them to "check for any forgotten items" the phone at the front desk rang and the gentleman tells me "oh, housekeeping tells me there's a line on one of the TVs, do you know about it?" I had no idea what they were talking about so requested they show me this "line." We went to the room together and the TV is on and the housekeeper points out a burnt-out line going across the top of the screen maybe the thickness of a hair. No crack in the screen, no physical damage. They asked if I had noticed it - which I hadn't since the sofa was several meters from the screen and I had the guy from the desk stand at the sofa and look at the screen. Impossible to see the line. At this point he surely understood that line wasn't anything a guest could cause, but all he could say was "it'll probably be OK." Back downstairs he called the manager and repeated the same "probably be OK" line when he got off the phone. That after 20 minutes checking out.

Excellent place to stay and very clean. The only thing I was disappointed for was that I was looking one night and got booked for two. I mentioned to the receptionist and was advised to talk to Expedia and change it since I booked through Expedia and I did so. Expedia talked to the hotel management but they didn’t change and I ended up paying for two nights and stayed only from 8:00am to 10:00 pm.

Good overall -- friendly staff and efficient housekeeping, and getting food delivered to the room was very easy. All of the appliances in the apartment worked well and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Guest parking was slightly inconvenient as it required access to two buildings and two elevators, and the constant traffic jams around the hotel were frustrating.

This is a nice apartment hotel that is a 3-minute walk to the Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC) metro stop and a 5-minute walk to the DWTC itself. There is a small grocery store about a 1 minute away. The property is well located, has a great gym and pool. The cleaning crew really made an effort to keep everything spic and span on a daily basis. The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful.

A little disappointed with the interior. For the location and money, the decor is dated and run-down. The property could benefit from some modernization / remodeling.

Also, the air conditioning was great (we were there in the summer when Dubai temperatures were hovering around 105 degrees F) but was a little uneven; the second bedroom (which, btw, has a sliding door) was quite warm and the only way to cool it down was to keep the door open so the living room vent would cool down it down.

We needed a place to stay near the Dubai convention center, and this place is literally across the highway. You walk through the (air conditioned!) train station to cross the highway and you are at the World Trace/Convention center. friendly staff got us an plug adapter when we realized we needed and extra one.
2 bedroom suite was HUGE with an enormous open area with couches and a TV. (Note - NO Parties allowed.)
Decent dining options nearby, and also a grocery store which is nice because our room had a full kitchen.

Very central location. Traffic can be crazy. Close by a metro terminal to make travel easier.

We travelled with family and kids, every thing was great. Staff gets out of their way to help you. Very nice 👍. Highly recommend premier room with 2 bedrooms, it is bit on pricey side but having space is worth it.

My first choice if visiting Dubai. 15 minutes from airport and metro outside. On main road with huge choice of places to eat and hotels and Irish bars to visit. Excellent pool and gym. Boss location and wonderful staff. Have stayed in Dubai over a dozen times and always look to see if Ascot has availability.

Apartments were well kept and staffs are friendly.

Excellent property in an amazing location. Super clean, quiet and laid back property. We stayed at a studio which was comfortable, modern and with a fully equipped kitchen. The view of Sheikh Zayed road from the room was absolutely worth it.
Highly recommeded.

Unbelievable, was asked to pay deposit even though the amount was fully paid. Refused to check me in without the deposit. Horrible treatment.

Great location for exhibition centre. Apartment had everything we wanted and staff were excellent. Right by a metro station and lots of supermarkets for essentials.

The apartments are clean and large. Good for families.
Location is near to everything in dubai.
