Horrible experience
Pros:

Hotel had old smell. The floor in the room was laid going up hill. The bathroom ceiling was peeling and the tube was horrible. Underneath the bed was totally filthy hadn't been touched. I had to go downstairs to front desk to get cleaning supplies to clea out the dirty fridge.Breakfast was somewhat ok but have had better. Would not book here again. Staff was great. Also all of my keys was deactivated and we were locked outside our rooms

HORRID
Pros:

Front desk clerk friendly.

Cons:

Hotel did not have eateries nearby, location is not ideal. Room was horrid. Air conditioner unit has dead bugs on top of it URINE around base of toilet. SHOWER NOT CLEANED. Mirrors were smudged with water. CURTAINS WERE PULLED WHEN YOU WALKED INTO ROOM, NO AIR CIRCULATION.

Shower issue

The facility lost hot water 4/11/26. Our last night we couldn't take a shower! They said that it would be 2 days until the parts needed for repair to get there.
We asked to talk to the manager. They never contacted us. We put in a complaint with Booking.com. They tried to resolve the problem with hotel, but couldn't come to a compromise.

The hotel was very nice, and the staff was friendly

Cons:

We arrived Thursday, and everything was great, tried to take a shower Saturday and Sunday and there was no hot water, told Staff, and all I was given was a sorry.

Not happy with experience and would not stay here again.
Cons:

Room was not clean - bathroom and shower were not clean and found multiple hairs on soap dispensers in the shower. Was woken when room telephone rang at 3:00 AM and again 10 minutes later. Internet was slow and unusable.
