Pros:

the beautiful clean room and hotel and kind host(ess) and 24 hour coffee and the good breakfast (except the eggs). I like how courteous the host(ess) was.

Cons:

The eggs for breakfast were like rubber, There should be a list of restaurants in the area to eat, even late at night.

Pros:

Beautiful facility, well maintained exterior and well lit parking Areas. Plenty of parking. Bed was comfortable and clean. Plenty of hot water.

Cons:

My brother's family and i stayed in adjacent rooms. On a two day stay, he had to get his key card redone four times because it wouldn't open the door. I had to have mine done twice. The guy waiting to check out Sunday morning said his group had also had multiple issues with key cards. No glasses in bathroom to brush your teeth. No notepad or pens. Poor room lighting. Linens were clean but dated. Wallpaper torn over bed. damaged arm on desk chair. No instructions in room regarding emergencies or help. Never got the TV to work. The front desk said the maintenance guy was not available to help. Called four times before check in about amenities and no one was able to help. I don't know or you can call back tomorrow were some of the responses. Generally the staff seemed disinterested except for the girl who checked us out sunday.very friendly and helpful. It wasn't a bad stay, just nothing special. There's a Fairfield right down the road closer to my nephews home. We might check in to it for our next trip.

Not up to expectations!
Pros:

No glasses for the sink. Carpet stained and wrinkled. 1/2 roll toilet paper. Fridge not working. Expected better for the cost.
