Comfortable, clean , great location, fabulous staff! Amazing breakfast!

Could not praise our stay enough. We stayed 3 nights as part of our celebrations of my husband’s birthday. The stayed in the grande deluxe room with the champagne package. Breakfast in our room for the 3 mornings was an absolute feast! The staff were so attentive all delivered excellent customer service. Bryan the bar manager was fantastic!
The hotel was clean, well maintained & a great location. Our room was super comfortable with everything you could possibly need for a memorable & enjoyable stay.
Thank you to all the Haven staff. For helping to make our birthday celebration stay so special!

5 nuits, donc 4 jours entiers pour visiter Helsinki. Belle ville qui se visite facilement.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner très bon, et très copieux. Chambre spacieuse. Douche à l'italienne moderne et très pratique.
Situation géographique optimale : centre ville, donnant sur le port, visites à pied et en tramway très facile, et un marché historique très typique.

Cons:

En consultant le site web avant la réservation, nous avions compris qu'il y avait trois restaurants DANS l'hôtel.
Le problème c'est qu'il n'y en a qu'un qui soit à la fois ouvert et DANS l'hôtel, et il n'est ouvert que pour le petit déjeuner. Du moins en janvier. C'est un peu dommage que le site web ne soit pas précis.
