Lack of empathy

Cons:

The floor was under construction. Rooms across infront also to my right and left construction everywhere. Dust , glue and ripped up carpeting I was coughing and sneezing. I complained at front desk they kept saying that I was a 3rd party booking?? Seem like you have some work to do here. I am still in shock from this experience. I have picture an video of the mess that I was placed in. This is not normal. I am very disappointed. I choose your services because of the relationship and trust that I developed with bookings. I have recommended family and friends to use bookings and do. Sincerely disappointed.

Bathroom had ant infestation, blinds in room were all cut up and broken, phones to front desk don’t work, one of elevators broken, ice machines also had one broken & my biggest peeve was hotel staff crowding/rushing the breakfast lines causing guest to come back later or wait long periods. Hotel was clean, but it’s falling apart.

Ice machine not working and had to go through front desk for ice. One elevator was not working. Overall condition felt old/worn.

Pros:

Several vehicles were broken into while staying here. And the room I had on the 3rd floor had a bad lingering mold odor that I could not get rid of I bought a room deodorizer Lysol air freshener and that smell was still there. That sofa has to be thrown out.

If there was an option for ZERO stars, that’s what I would have given this property. We had to change rooms at 10pm the night of check in due to issues with the light in the room not turning off. The property is dirty, WREAKS of marijuana and cigarette smoke, the elevators were down (1 our entire stay and several times both of them were down), multiple homeless people wondering around the lobby, and some sketchy activity happening in the back parking lot. The room was sticky the floor was disgusting and the bath mat was soaking wet before we ever used the bathroom. To top off our stay we went out the morning of check out to our car window busted out and burglarized. The ONLY positive thing I have to say is the front desk was helpful with getting the video footage to the police. We will NOT be returning to this property.
