Toutes les pièces etaient magnifiques : salon bien équipé avec de la vaisselle + micro-ondes + lave vaisselle…
La chambre à coucher double lit très confortable, cela donne dans une ruelle très très calme, aucun bruit. Le seul problème ce que 1 jour il n’y avait pas wifi selon l’hôtel il y avaient des travaux dans la rue pour réparer, presque partout dans le quartier il y manquait, mais le lendemain comme prévu on a eu internet, wifi. Cela etait embêtant parce que cela empêche de travailler dès l’hôtel, manque de connexion.

Lo único que me gustó fue la atención de la chica que nos hizo el check in.
La información que ponen en booking no corresponde con la realidad.
Primero, cobran una fianza de la que no se indica nada en booking y que luego no la devuelven de forma instantánea sino que te tienes que fiar de ellos porque ni siquiera ves con ellos cómo dejas la habitación.
Luego, la habitación no es como se publicita. En booking aparece foto de la habitación con un balcón, lo que me animó a cogerla porque yo fumo y así no tengo que bajar a la calle a fumar. Pero la que nos dieron no tenía balcón sino dos ventanas que además daban a la calle a la misma altura de los peatones lo que nos obligaba a tener las cortinas opacas cerradas para que nadie pudiera ver desde fuera si nos cambiábamos o cualquier otra cosa (cero intimidad). Le comenté a la chica de recepción y me dijo que lo entendía perfectamente pero que el hotel estaba lleno y no podían cambiarnos la habitación. Le pedí un descuento porque no era lo anunciado y me remitió al día siguiente al director porque ella no podía hacer nada más, todo de muy buenas formas y siempre comprensible. Al día siguiente hablé con el director y en pocas palabras me dijo que del tipo de habitación que teníamos solo una tenía balcón, que era lo que había. Al pedirle el descuento pasó de mi cara. Solo ofreció anular la reserva de los siguientes días y buscarme otro hotel. Pero como solo tenía esa noche no quiso hacer nada más. Luego, al solicitar a la chica del turno de la mañana la devolución de la fianza al momento y negarmelo, le pedí hablar de nuevo hablar con el director y me dijo que estaba ocupado. Pero al insistir, aunque yo no sepa francés sí se leer gestos y risas de burla como diciendo un cliente pesado. El director ni se atrevió a dar la cara. Y la chica además de malas formas también me dio largas.
Por tanto no recomiendo para nada este sitio por no plasmar la realidad y por no tratar al cliente con un mínimo de decencia cerrándose en banda y no reconociendo su error.
Appartamento grande, pulito e con tutto l occorrente per il soggiorno. Staff sempre molto disponibile. Parcheggio sotto la struttura super comodo
