Pros:

la camera, molto confortevole e con un angolo cucina pratico

Cons:

il prezzo è comunque più alto rispetto alla media italiana ma a Montecarlo è un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Cons:

La struttura ha solo 20 posti auto a fronte di 70 camere. Ho dovuto parcheggiare nel parcheggio della stazione e mi è costato 30 euro per una notte

L’accueil du réceptionniste de l’après midi gentil, agréable qui nous a bien conseillé lors de notre séjour

Cons:

L’accueil du réceptionniste lorsqu’on a récupéré le badge du portail le matin à notre arrivée . On a eu l’impression de le déranger alors que c’était calme. ..pas accueillant !

Not the hospitality level you assume in Accor hotels
Pros:

Good location and the prices are lower than majority of hotels in Monaco

Cons:

1. Night manager shouted at us as we couldn’t open the door at night because of the code which wasn’t working. This is not the attitude you are waiting while paying for the stay in the hotel. In overall the personnel is not friendly, very bed experience in Accor hotels chain.
2. If you are pet friendly then the room should be prepared for that - we had a hole under the bathtub and our curios cat decided to take a look… it was a big challenge to take her out of there - BE AWARE, very dangerous!
3. No balcony in the room (2nd floor) - why providing the photos of a room with a balcony if they are not provided. Very loud and not convenient to have someone looking into your windows from the street side.
4. Parking is very limited, practically no chance to get the one

Great location and good value for money
Pros:

Clean and well set up hotel. Parking underneath was a huge bonus! Breakfast was good with kids eating free. Walking distance to all main attractions- but lots of stairs down to the centre of Monaco. A great stay.

Cons:

Small area for breakfast so very crowded.
