Comfortable and clean!
Pros:

I believe this hotel just got remodeled and new owner possibly? It felt fresh and new. The rooms were really stripped down with only a microwave and fridge but no coffee maker (one in the lobby but you have to leave your room) nor was there a radio/alarm clock. Otherwise clean and comfortable beds. I think these were new too at least they didnt sag at all. Nice down pillows and the air conditioner worked great. New showerheads and nice water pressure for showering! Breakfast was good and hot. The exercise room was not available as that was getting new equipment. The pool was open but was getting renovations also. Thanks for the great stay.

Cons:

That there was no coffee brewer in room. Keurig coffee makers would be nice so folks can brew their own brand.

Cons:

The breakfast was horrible…. 100% fake food. Left and ate at local restaurant. I paid a little extra to stay here thinking the breakfast would be good.. not at all

Nice clean hotel
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location. There are SO many restaurants within walking distance. The front desk clerk was so nice. She let us check in early. The breakfast buffet was good and the lady running it and keeping it clean and stocked was a sweetheart. Our room was clean with nice shampoo, wash, soap etc. The hotel is undergoing renovation , so the hot tub was closed. It seems like the pool may be closed in the future. You may want to call and check if you want a pool.

Hotel staff makes it really worth the stay!
Pros:

Vara Ilam is the Best hospitality person I have ever met! She is Courteous, Funny, Accommodating and helpful. Absolutely love her! The rooms have been recently renovated and are very comfortable too.

The room was nice. It had a nice decor of blue and white..
And extremely dated television, a small bathroom. Beds were actually very good.
We did have to change our room because they accidentally put us in a room that hadn’t been cleaned. They were very apologetic and happy to accommodate.
This hotel is half being remodeled from best Western to a holiday so that was evident.
There were some lingering cigarette smells throughout the hotel, but not in the rooms.
The elevator was disgusting and had a huge stain in it, and it was stained yellow all over. The breakfast was two stars just mediocrity. I would not stay at this holiday again. It was also very expensive for the weekend and what we were getting.
