During our visit, early in the morning, the fire alarms went off while I was in the coffee shop. I evacuated as expected. At no time did staff some out to see if all were accounted for or to see if we had any concerns. My husband was still sleeping and slept through the alarm. Had this been real, it would have been catastrophic. When I spoke to front desk they said they'd pass on the message to the manager. It seemed like no systems were in place for guest safety.

Unpretentious, quiet (10th floor), comfortable bed, great tub & shower, good towels, nice staff!
room 706 had no coffee table, the condo is spacious which is nice but for a condo there are zero amenties - it is very cold and actually uncomfortable.

We stayed in the “studio apartment” as labeled on booking.com, when we checked in she called it the flat. It was a 2 bedroom with full kitchen and pullout couch. We are 2 adults and 3 kids ages 6-11. We were here during Easton Heritage day 250 yrs celebration. Our experience was spectacular! Couldn’t be better!! We were all so comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. The apartment was very clean!! The hotel is in the best location and you can walk to so many places downtown. The best place to stay for Easton Heritage day!! We also had a large balcony and were able to see the fireworks with a front row seat! It was amazing and unexpected!!! Of course it is downtown and like all downtown areas there were some unique individuals and homeless, but I never felt unsafe and I had 3 kids with me! We even went to Becky’s drivein twice and returned around midnight and never felt unsafe parking in their lot and walking to the hotel. Staff was so nice! The heavenly coffee shop downstairs was great!! Food there delicious also!
There wasn’t much I didn’t like. I will say the kitchen floor in the apartment is under repair??? According to the sign they posted in the kitchen, however I wonder how long it’s been left that way. Cosmetically I don’t care at all however there was apparently a loose board or 2 that they secured down with a screw and washer that really hurt when stepped on!! I stubbed my foot twice on it and thought I ripped open my foot. I would be really upset if it was my kids that got hurt. It was a pretty big liability imo. Throw a towel down over it as a reminder to walk around it. Some wood glue and 10 min would be a better quick fix. I also had read there was breakfast included and was disappointed to find out there wasn’t. We had a kitchen so it was easy enough to go grab some things but breakfast included with little kids makes life sooooo much easier in the mornings.

Not clean and was poorly maintained. If you are used to high quality hotels you should pass and go to a chain.
