Pros:

The suite was spacious and the beds were comfortable I like the location within walking distance of some very nice restaurants and shopping

Cons:

The cooking utensils were old and chipped not good for cooking not everyone drinks coffee and using the coffee maker to make hot water for tea doesn't taste good it would be nice if there was a tea kettle available

Wonderful
Pros:

The shower pressure is so wonderful, it’s very quiet. I love this place. Every time I go to Eastern, I always come here. I hope that they continue to provide this great service. Sincerely yours, a New Yorker, the hardest critic ever

Old hotel some charm but could use updates
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

We arrived close to 11 and the building was under construction. There was no place designated to double park to unload/check-in, after hours procedures unclear. My daughter walked in to lobby and was told the code to where we could go and park, which was around corner in an open air lot shared with a condo building and dark/sketchy. We then had to wheel bags back a few hundred meters and up some stairs to check in. Process was cumbersome and felt somewhat unsafe.

Downtown location with friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms but a bit dated decor.
Pros:

The hotel is located in downtown Easton so we could easily walk to restaurants and the State Theater where we went to see a show. Front desk staff were very friendly. The bed was quite comfortable and the pillows were perfect.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit dated but clean. Our room had a strange ceiling in that it didn’t have a dropped ceiling so it looked unfinished and ragged. It didn’t affect our sleep or overall comfort but it was odd.

The Grand Eastonian is a conveniently located, older facility that meets the needs of a short stay.
Pros:

The Grand Eastonian is in a convenient location if you're visiting Easton, Pennsylvania. It's located down the street from the Crayola Experience as well as shopping and food. The building also houses personal residences so there is good security at night (a key is required to enter after 5:00 p.m.).

Cons:

This building is old and it shows it's age. If you're looking for charm, you may like it, however, if you're looking for comfort and modern amenities, this might not be the hotel for you. It met our needs for the one night we stayed there.

Pros:

it was close to my sisters home. Very clean and welcoming

Cons:

There was no hair conditioner or body wash in the room. bottles were empty. only stayed the 1 night so I did not bring those things with me and it was hard to call and get some once I was already in the shower. I did let the desk know once I got out of shower.

Downtown splendor with river path access.
Pros:

The hotel is close to the river and several good restaurants. If you have a pet with you, there is a fenced dog park a short distance from the hotel. Our puppy loved being here with us. The room was clean and a fairly good size with a wonderful bathroom.

Great atmosphere and area. Letdown by the pool and dirty bath

Cons:

Uniformed the the oool was not open for the night we booked. It was my girlfriend's birthday and I specifically called ahead about that so we burnt be suits for nothing.
Also, the whirlpool tub was unusable. My girl was in is for about 5 min , some of the jets began ounping in brown/yellow substance... there was bits and small chunks of some dirt or build-up in it. She had to get out immediately. I made the staff aware but nothing was done. This was very disappointing as the balcony and whirlpool were the main reasons i cove this property.
