Had iets meer verwacht van een 4 sterren hotel

Het restaurant personeel wat de benen onder hun lijf vandaan rent ondanks onderbezetting.

Cons:

Prima voor een snelle overnachting, daar is ook alles mee gezegd. Bij het inchecken werd ons niet verteld waar het ontbijt was, dat moesten we zelf uitzoeken. De hygiëne is zwaar onder de maat, de schimmel staat in de douche en hangt aan het koord in de douche, de glazen douchewand heeft zijn beste tijd gehad, maar 1 stopcontact bij het bed en de wachttijd in het restaurant… meer dan een half uur moeten wachten op de eerste gang en daarna nog eens een half uur voor de tweede gang is veel te lang als het restaurant pas om 19:30 opent. Al bij al staat alles niet in verhouding met de prijs voor het verblijf.

Publicité mensongère Piège pour les touristes – Partie motel cachée et prestations catastrophiques
Cons:

Très grosse déception pour ce séjour de 2 nuits au Just Hôtel Lomazzo. Rien n'indique sur le site qu il faut sortir et prendre une autre direction pour rejoindre un motel et qu'une partie motel est directement exploitée, avec des chambres (série 300 à 326) visiblement conçues pour des « rencontres rapprochées » de courte durée. Le parking juste devant la porte de la chambre offre d'ailleurs une "discrétion" très équivoque. À notre arrivée, la première chambre était tout simplement sale (photos à l'appui). Après signalement, la réception nous a changé de chambre : d'apparence plus propre, mais avec le bidet et le lavabo complètement bouchés, ainsi qu'un frigo non fonctionnel. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller avec ça vu la courte durée, mais c'est inadmissible pour les standards affichés. Je regrette amèrement d'avoir payé d'avance. Le seul point positif est l'accueil à la réception : le personnel était très sympa et parlait français. À fuir si vous voyagez en touriste ou en famille.
