Nice room (other than the upholstered chair), and good breakfast. Staff was excellent.
Pros:

Good breakfast. I enjoyed it.

Cons:

The upholstered chair in the room is useless. Looks like some kind of fainting couch and is very uncomfortable. It should be replaced with something like a wingback chair

Staff was outstanding and the bed was comfy.
Pros:

Heating/AC was very good. Room was very clean.

Cons:

The extra "chair/lounge seat" that is in the room is useless except as a place to put a suitcase or clothes. What is needed is perhaps an upholstered armchair (such as a wingback).

Maintenance and cleaning need to be improved.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent, although you could use some cream cheese and some jelly packets. Rose (in the kitchen) was particularly friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I don't particularly care for the coffee machines. I like to mix some caff and decaff and that isn't an option now. We had the same room (122) that we had at Thanksgiving, and there was some blue tape in the bathroom then marking some repairs that needed finishing. That tape and unfinished repair was still there at Christmas. Also, there was mold in the corners of the shower area (it was clean at Thanksgiving). Also, the inner curtain on the window had a broken bottom area (as it did at Thanksgiving).

Pros:

Breakfast was a little off. No biscuits and gravy either day, Sat or Sunday. Over cooked omelets that were dry and not very tasty. Mattresses are getting old. They always feel like you're sleeping in a ditch. But I like the locations for the softball turnaments. Do you want more business? figure out how to attract those families attending tournaments. Maybe use the Gamechanger app.
