Good hotel but disappointing food
Pros:

Lovely public rooms and a very nice bar perfect for pre dinner drinks. Very nice room, large and well appointed.

Cons:

The food was a bit average. Plenty of it but with mass catering and buffet style it tends to be of average quality and can be a little cold by the time you serve yourself. The hot plates don't really work. Also i think when its busy it can be a bit of a bun fight to get loungers by the pool as the pool area is lovely but not big enough for the size of the hotel.

Would recommend this hotel and the Level upgrade was worth it.
Pros:

Good location and view. The staff were excellent. Good car park, a bit expensive, but essential. Had a Level room and very much enjoyed the extras.

Cons:

Housekeeping was a bit disorganised but very helpful when asked to sort something out. There’s a lack of storage in the room so we had to live out of our cases. The Level lounge needs a second coffee machine for breakfast.

Ticks All The Right Boxes
Pros:

This hotel has changed hands since I originally booked it and is now managed by The Melia Brand.
Situated quite conveniently near the centre of Puerto De La Cruz, my Spouse and I upgraded our room to that of a sea view, which was worth it.
The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We had a free bottle of mineral water everyday which was nice.
Service was faultless throughout our stay - especially all employees on reception. Professionalism is always appreciated.
No real complaints about the food except I would have preferred the evening buffet desserts to be more varied.
I treated myself to a pampering back massage which was very good.
If you fancy splashing out, ‘The Level’ provides a more exclusive and executive experience.
Would I stay here again ???

Personal, Lage, das Level Konzept, bequeme Betten.
Die Junior Suite war gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

sehr schlechtes Essen das wir im Room Service bestellt haben.

schlechtes Internet

der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert. Andere Gäste wollten sich mit unserem Smart TV verbinden und wir konnten den Abend nicht geniessen. Das Konzept hier ist nicht durchgedacht. Die Dame von der Reception fand die Situation lustig.
