Plots binnenkomen op de kamer van het poetspersoneel zonder dat "bordje poetsen" aan de deur hing. Dit gebeurde meermaals, ook op de kamer van onze dochter van 17jaar . (Dit vond ze niet leuk terwijl ze aan het douchen was). Niet heel erg, maar in onze ogen is dit niet nodig.

Inoltre, in piscina non è stato rispettato il divieto di tuffi: per un'ora alcuni ospiti adulti lo hanno ignorato, disturbando tutti con urla e schiamazzi e con tuffi ripetuti, arrivando anche a bagnare chi era più vicino. Nonostante la presenza del bagnino, la situazione non è stata gestita, nemmeno dopo essere stata segnalata da vari ospiti.
Avevamo scelto la struttura per rilassarci, ma in queste condizioni non è stato possibile farlo appieno alla fine ce ne siamo dovuti andare.
Gli ascensori sono sottodimensionati rispetto alla grandezza dell’edificio. Per fare colazione abbiamo dovuto aspettare circa 10 minuti prima di riuscire a prenderne uno. A un certo punto l’unica alternativa è stata usare le scale: scendere dal nono piano può essere fattibile, ma risalire diventa davvero una tortura.

A shuttle to and from the airport would have been useful.

Camere da ammodernare un po’ in quanto un po’ datate( per esempio presenza di poche prese elettriche)

El restaurante general, algo caro.

El tema de la piscina , no hay hamacas las veces que hemos ido están ocupadas , no puede ser

- il faut réserver le parking à l’avance et nous n’étions pas prévenus. Les 2 premières nuits de notre séjour le parking était complet.
- le mini bar payant dans les chambres « Level » alors qu’il y a les mêmes boissons à dispo gratuitement dans l’espace level lounge
- la literie : matelas beaucoup trop mou, je m’enfonçais dedans (précision : je pèse 58kg, pas 150kg)
- durant les 2 derniers jours, le ménage a été fait tardivement dans la chambre et on ne nous a pas remis de bouteille d’eau ni de verres - nous avons dû appeler la réception 2 jours de suite pour en demander
- l’architecture extérieure de l’hôtel (c’est une tour au milieu d’autres tours)
- la qualité de la nourriture n’était pas toujours au rendez-vous (petit déjeuner et bar de la piscine)

No parking despite the fact this was the only reason I chose this hotel. When I got there I was told there was no available parking. I explained to the receptionist that we really need parking because it was really late and it was one of the reasons we picked the hotel and she literally had no reaction. She told me to go and search for parking outside, in public parkings. 2nd, breakfast and coffee very bad.not a good experience overall in terms of services.
